<![CDATA[Manufacturing environments require productivity, standard compliance, collaboration, and employee well-being simultaneously. This community service program aimed to strengthen a positive work culture and employees' capacity to craft their jobs safely and in alignment with organizational goals. The participatory training combined concept briefings, case studies, group discussion, reflection, action planning through the Achievers Culture Journey Passport, and behavioral commitments on a Commitment Tree. Participants were cross-functional employees of PT XX Manufacturing Indonesia. Process evaluation indicated that participants could explore job crafting such as increasing structural job resources, increasing social job resources, increasing challenging job demands, decreasing hindering job demands and formulate realistic workplace actions. All groups completed the exercises, and each participant produced an individual behavioral commitment. The program generated three applied outputs: a facilitator module, a Journey Passport, and a Commitment Tree. These findings suggest that the training provides a practical starting point for strengthening entrepreneurship, accountability, collaboration, and employee well-being in support of SDG 8.]]>
