Abstract

Abstract Bekasi Regency is a district in West Java province of Indonesia which has environment-related and socioculture-related problems. Hence, the Faculty of Educational Psychology, Universitas Negeri Jakarta designed a psychoeducation as a community service program in Bekasi Regency to improve storytelling skills of early childhood education teachers to increase the children’s emotional development. Storytelling takes part to deliver good moral education for children. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the program was implemented online through the Zoom Meeting platform with a total of 857 participants and through YouTube live with a total of 549 participants who were not only from Bekasi Regency but also from various regions in Indonesia. The method of implementation divided into 4 stages activities with the fourth stage is the stage of evaluation using the four-level Kirkpatrick evaluation model. The result shows that participants know and understand the benefits and applications of storytelling for children. Abstrak Kabupaten Bekasi adalah sebuah kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Barat, Indonesia yang terdapat permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan hidup dan sosial budaya. Oleh sebab itu, Fakultas Pendidikan Psikologi Universitas Negeri Jakarta merancang program pengabdian masyarakat di Kabupaten Bekasi berupa psikoedukasi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mendongeng untuk meningkatkan perkembangan emosi anak pada guru-guru PAUD. Mendongeng merupakan upaya yang turut ambil bagian dalam menyampaikan pesan pendidikan moral yang baik di kalangan anak-anak. Pelaksanaan program dilakukan secara daring dikarenakan adanya pandemi COVID-19 melalui platform Zoom Meeting dengan total 857 peserta dan melalui live YouTube dengan total 549 peserta yang tidak hanya berasal dari Kabupaten Bekasi namun tersebar dari berbagai wilayah di Indonesia. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dibagi menjadi 4 tahapan dengan tahap keempat adalah tahap evaluasi yang menggunakan model evaluasi empat level Kirkpatrick. Hasilnya peserta mengetahui dan memahami manfaat serta aplikasi mendongeng bagi anak.

Abstract

Abstrack Covid-19 has made many changes in people's lives, including workers, so like it or not they have to implement government policies, namely the implementation of PSBB (Large-Scale Social Restrictions) so that some companies enforce WFH (Work from Home) or work from home. House. This situation according to several studies, newspapers, as well as interviews with several people, shows that working from home for an indefinite period of time makes them feel bored and often distracted at work because of the environment or situation at home. This Community Service Faculty of Psychology Education has the theme Self-healing with Mindful Cooking during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This Community Service involves PT Emina Cheese Indonesia, an industry engaged in the food sector, as a Community Service partner who will contribute to how cooking activities are carried out with focus and awareness so that it can be used as self-healing to reduce stress levels and boredom due to long WFH . can not be determined. Various studies on mindfulness are often beneficial for a person's psychological well-being. Abstrak Covid-19 telah membuat banyak perubahan dalam kehidupan termasuk juga masyarakat yang bekerja, sehingga mau tidak mau harus menjalankan kebijakan pemerintah yakni diberlakukan PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) sehingga beberapa perusahaan memberlakukan WFH (Work from Home) atau bekerja dari rumah. Situasi ini menurut beberapa penelitian, surat kabar, dan juga wawancara dengan beberapa masyarakat, menunjukkan bahwa bekerja dari rumah sampai dengan waktu yang tidak dapat ditentukan membuat mereka merasa jenuh dan seringkali terjadi distraksi dalam bekerja karena lingkungan atau situasi di rumah. Pengabdian Masyarakat Fakultas Pendidikan Psikologi akan bertemakan mengenai Self-healing dengan Mindful Cooking Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini melibatkan PT Emina Cheese Indonesia, Industri yang bergerak di bidang makanan, sebagai mitra Pengabdian Masyarakat yang akan berkontribusi bagaimana aktivitas memasak dilakukan dengan fokus dan sadar sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai Self-healing untuk menurunkan tingkat stres dan dan kejenuhan akibat WFH yang lama waktunya tidak dapat ditentukan. Berbagai penelitian tentang mindfulness seringkali bermanfaat bagi kesejahteraan psikologis seseorang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work self-efficacy on job crafting among employees. Work self-efficacy refers to an individual's belief in their ability to complete work tasks, while job crafting is the effort employees make to adjust their work to better suit their needs and capabilities. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The respondents consisted of 351 employees in Indonesia who had been working for at least one year. The instruments used were the Job Crafting Scale (JCS) and the Occupational Self-Efficacy Scale (OSS). Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression. The results showed a significant influence of work self-efficacy on job crafting (p = 0.001) with an R² of 0.454. This indicates that work self-efficacy contributes 45.4% to job crafting. In conclusion, the higher the work self-efficacy possessed by employees, the higher the job crafting behavior demonstrated in their work. These findings have important implications for organizational practice in developing employee adaptation and flexibility through strengthening work self-efficacy, especially in the face of dynamic environmental changes.
