This article aims to develop and implement a Sufism-based moral development model to enhance adolescents’ moral resilience at SMK Darul Hidayah; the program employed a participatory action approach through structured mentoring, reflective practices (muhasabah), spiritual habituation (dhikr), group discussions, and continuous evaluation involving students and teachers; the findings indicate a significant improvement in students’ self-awareness, emotional regulation, discipline, and moral decision-making, which are reflected in more responsible, respectful, and ethical behavior in both academic and social environments; and this study contributes an applicable and replicable model of Sufism-based moral education by integrating spiritual values with contemporary character education approaches, offering a practical framework for strengthening adolescent morality in vocational education settings.
