The development of Sharia financial technology (fintech) has encouraged the emergence of digital wallet services based on Islamic principles, one of which is LinkAja Syariah. This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge and religiosity on the intention to use LinkAja Syariah, with trust as a mediating variable. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 200 respondents who were digital wallet users in Indonesia. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results indicate that knowledge has a significant effect on the intention to use, both directly and indirectly through trust. Religiosity does not have a direct effect on the intention to use, but it has an indirect effect through trust. Trust is proven to be a key factor in encouraging public interest in using Sharia digital financial services. These findings suggest that understanding the service and confidence in its security and Sharia compliance are essential foundations in shaping usage intention. This study contributes to enriching the literature on consumer behavior in Sharia fintech and emphasizes the role of trust as a bridge between cognitive factors, religious values, and the intention to use the service.
