Abstract

Industri film nasional saat ini mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat, namun di sisi yang lain terdapat kompetisi yang sangat tinggi terhadap film asing. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh faktor dorongan, sumber informasi, daya tarik, kualitas film nasional, persepsi publik terhadap keputusan menonton film nasional. Studi ini dilakukan di Pontianak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan metode survey. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada 150 responden Generasi Millenial di Kota Pontianak. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan pendekatan non probability sampling yaitu convenience sampling. Alat analisis menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor dorongan (encouragement) dan daya tarik (attraction) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap persepsi publik terhadap film nasional terbukti signifikan. Sedangkan faktor sumber informasi (source of Information) dan kualitas film nasional tidak mempengaruhi persepsi publik terhadap film nasional. Peneltian ini juga membuktikan bahwa persepsi publik terhadap film nasional mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan menonton film nasional.

Abstract

This research will see how far the influence of entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial attitude on entrepreneurial intention in generation Z Indonesia. This study will use a causal design approach with structural equation modeling (SEM) as a statistical approach to testing the constructed constructs and hypotheses. The number of samples used in this study were 406 respondents from business activists at the age of Generation Z in Indonesia. The results of the study show that entrepreneurial education has a significant effect on entrepreneurial attitude, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intention in generation Z Indonesia. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy was also found to have a significant effect on entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intention in Generation Z Indonesia. Entrepreneurial attitude also has a significant influence on entrepreneurial intention in Indonesia's Z generation. Entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial self-efficacy also play a significant role in mediating the effect of entrepreneurial education on entrepreneurial intention in Indonesia's Z generation. Entrepreneurial attitude has a significant role in mediating the effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention

Abstract

The nation's economy has grown as a result of entrepreneurial activity. Through innovative programs and a research-oriented culture, formal and informal educational institutions must play a significant role in cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit in Indonesian higher education students. The development of initial entrepreneurial competencies, which are then manifested in entrepreneurial activities, is primarily facilitated by educational institutions. This study will examine the extent to which Indonesian higher education students' entrepreneurial skills are influenced by entrepreneurial education. This research is important as part of the academic contribution the concentration on increasing the number of young entrepreneurs in Indonesia which needs to be continuously improved. This study will use a causal design approach with structural equation modeling (SEM) as a statistical approach to testing the constructed constructs and hypotheses. The number of samples used in this study were 225 respondents from business activists at Indonesian Higher Education Students. The study shows that Indonesian university students' entrepreneurial skills are significantly influenced by entrepreneurial education.

Abstract

Rencana PLTN skala komersial dihadirkan sebagai salah satu solusi dalam menyediakan pasokan energi listrik. Berdasar perjanjian kerjasama antara Pusat Kajian Sistem Energi Nuklir (PKSEN) BATAN dan Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat tentang Kajian Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Nuklir, wilayah pesisir Kalimantan Barat telah dikaji potensinya sebagai calon tapak PLTN. Survei titik nol yang dilakukan atas permintaan BAPPEDA Provinsi Kalimantan Barat memperoleh lokasi calon tapak untuk prototipe PLTN di Pantai Gosong, Desa Sungai Raya, Kecamatan Sungai Raya Kepulauan, Kabupaten Bengkayang. Setiap tahapan pelaksanaan pembangunan, pengoperasian dan dekomisioning PLTN harus berpedoman pada ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Sasaran utama dalam evaluasi tapak untuk PLTN adalah keselamatan nuklir untuk memproteksi publik dan lingkungan dari dampak pelepasan radioaktif pada kondisi operasi normal maupun kecelakaan mealui evaluasi resiko. Salah satu persyaratan adalah evaluasi risiko terhadap anggota masyarakat dan kelayakan penerapan program kesiapsiagaan nuklir dari tapak dan wilayah sekitarnya sehingga jaluar evakukasi perlu direncanakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode skoring dan pembobotan dengan verifikasi melalui Pemerintah Daerah dan instansi terkait untuk menentukan Tempat Evakuasi Sementara (TES) dan Tempat Evakuasi Akhir (TEA). Dari hasil perhitungan dan verifikasi didapatkan hasil 15 titik toponimi yang dapat dijadikan lokasi TES dan 2 titik toponimi yang dapat dijadikan lokasi TEA.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia are the backbone of the national economy. The number is expected to continue to increase to have an existence with sustainable competitiveness. The competitiveness of SMEs will become a necessity if SMEs are an essential element in maintaining a competitive position. Innovation capability and Technology capabilities are crucial elements in creating sustainable competitiveness. Profit-maximizing activities also determine the survival of SME businesses through a market-oriented approach to dealing with marketing challenges. Marketing performance is the key to business success due to market strategies for customers, markets, and financial organizations. Marketing performance focuses on sales growth, market share, and market development in marketing performance studies. This research will examine how much innovation and technology capabilities influence marketing performance for SME activists in Indonesia. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and AMOS statistical tools, this study examined the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable to support the developed hypothesis. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire with a number of respondents 206 people. The study's findings demonstrate that capabilities in innovation and technology positively and significantly impact marketing performance. Technology capabilities also show a strong influence on innovation capability. Meanwhile, innovation capability mediates between technology capabilities and marketing performance.

Abstract

The financial performance of a company significantly influences its valuation, reflected in share prices and serving as a comprehensive measure of overall health and profitability. This research delves into the intricate interplay of microeconomic and macroeconomic environments on a company's performance, focusing on the Debt Equity Ratio (DER) and Times Interest Earned (TIE) as key determinants of stock prices in banking institutions. The mediating role of Return On Assets (ROA) is considered in this analysis. Employing the multiple regression statistical method, the study aims to reveal the relationships between independent and dependent variables while accommodating intervening variables. The objective is to present empirical data supporting formulated hypotheses, providing valuable insights into the financial dynamics of banking institutions.

Abstract

The rise of technology has brought about a surge in internet-based services, shaping social media into a platform for both promotion and online commerce. This study aims to assess the influence of artificial intelligence-driven personalization on purchase intention within the context of TikTok's social media platform. The variables examined in this study encompassed the impact of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude toward personalization on purchase intention within TikTok. This study employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and AMOS 22 statistical software to examine the association between the independent and dependent variables to provide empirical evidence supporting the formulated hypothesis. The data collection methodology employed in this study was a questionnaire administered to a sample of 206 respondents, selected using purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use personalization by artificial intelligence have a notable and favorable influence on individuals' attitudes toward personalization. The attitude towards personalization also exhibits a strong influence on purchase intention. Meanwhile, the attitude towards personalization mediates between the perceived usefulness of personalization by artificial intelligence and the perceived ease of use of personalization by artificial intelligence concerning purchase intention.

Abstract

Peluang pasar kedelai edamame cukup menjanjikan, total eksport edamame secara nasional belum bisa memenuhi kebutuhan pasarnya yang sangat besar. Terbatasnya lahan merupakan salah satu kendala dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan pasar edamame. Penelitian dilakukan sejak bulan Agustus hingga Oktober 2022, dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan dosis pupuk organik plus Rizobakteri isolat WH31C terbaik bagi pertumbuhan dan hasil kedelai edamame di tanah aluvial. Percobaan disusun menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok non faktorial dengan enam perlakuan dan empat ulangan. Perlakuan yang dimaksud yaitu: A = Kontrol (tanpa perlakuan), B = Pupuk kandang ayam 25% + isolat WH31C + NPK 75% dari anjuran, C = Pupuk kandang ayam 50%  + isolat WH31C + NPK 50% dari anjuran, D = Pupuk kandang ayam 75%  + isolat WH31C + NPK 25% dari anjuran, E = Pupuk kandang ayam 100% + isolat WH31C, dan F = Pupuk NPK 100% dari anjuran. Variabel yang diamati meliputi parameter pertumbuhan tanaman yang diamati pada tanaman sampel sejak berumur 2 hingga 4 MST, dan parameter hasil yang diamati di akhir penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kotoran ayam 50% + isolat WH31C + pupuk NPK 50% dari anjuran merupakan dosis yang paling efisien dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil kedelai edamame di tanah Aluvial.
