This study aims to develop an e-module for inclusive and differentiated learning integrated with prophetic values, resulting in a valid and practical product for use in learning at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Muhammadiyah Metro University. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development and implementation. The subjects of the study were students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Muhammadiyah Metro University who took the Inclusive and Differentiated Learning course. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, with instruments in the form of validation sheets from experts and student response questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive techniques. The results of the study showed that the developed e-module obtained a validity level of 89.0% with a very good category. In addition, the practicality level reached 85.8% in small group trials and 86.8% in large group trials, both of which are included in the very good category. Thus, the developed e-module is declared valid and practical for application in learning. This product is expected to be an alternative teaching material that is adaptive, inclusive, and based on learning values in higher education.
