Abstract

This study aims to develop teaching materials characterized by E-Learning. The subject of this research is the sixth semester student in the course of Diagnosis and Remedial Learning Mathematics. This research is a development research. Research method used: (1) information gathering, (2) planning, (3) product development, (4) initial test, (5) product revision, (6) field trial, (7) product revision. This resource can be used online and allows students to share frequently asked questions on Quipper School applications. The results of research in the form of teaching materials characterized based on E-Learning is valid and practical to improve student attitudes in learning.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan intrapersonal dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Darma Bakti Punggur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Darma Bakti Punggur Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019 yang terdiri 15 siswa. Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, terlihat adanya peningkatan kecerdasan intapersonal dan hasil belajar matematika siswa pada pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari peningkatan persentase ketiga indikator kecerdasan intrapersonal yaitu mengenali diri sendiri meningkat sebesar 6,67%, mengetahui yang diinginkan meningkat sebesar 6,67%  dan mengetahui apa yang penting dalam diri sendiri meningkat sebesar 13,33%. Selain itu peningkatan persentase rata-rata kecerdasan intrapersnonal sebesar 84,45% menjadi 93,33% serta 15 siswa mengalami peningkatan kecerdasan intrapersonal. Untuk hasil belajar matematika dapat dilihat dari peningkatan rata-rata ketuntasan tiap pertemuan pada siklus I dan siklus II. Selain itu untuk rata-rata ketuntasan secara klasikal meningkat sebesar 93,33%. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to improve interpersonal intelligence and learning outcomes of the seventh-grade students of Darma Bakti Punggur Middle School. The type of this research is classroom action research with the research subjects being seventh-grade students of Darma Bakti Punggur Middle School 2018/2019 Academic Year consisting of 15 students. From the results of the research and discussion, it is seen that there is an increase in interpersonal intelligence and the results of students' mathematics learning in the learning done. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of the three indicators of interpersonal intelligence, namely recognizing yourself increased by 6.67%, knowing what was desired increased by 6.67% and knowing what was important in yourself increased by 13.33%. Also, the increase in the average percentage of interpersonal intelligence was 84.45% to 93.33%, and 14 students experienced an increase in interpersonal intelligence. For mathematics learning outcomes can be seen from an increase in the completeness of each meeting in the first cycle and second cycle. In addition to the average completeness in classics increased by 93.33%.

Abstract

Teaching materials are needed for students to support the lecture. The purpose of this study was to determine how to develop problem-based teaching materials on the subjects of mathematical economics mathematics education courses. This research was conducted at the University of Muhammadiyah Metro by selecting a student of mathematics education as a research subject.This study is a research development. The method used as follows: (1) research and information gathering, (2) planning, (3) product development, (4) the initial trials, (5) product revision, (6) the field trials, (7) the revised product field trials, (8) the operational testing of products, (9) the revision of the product and (10) the implementation and dissemination. To obtain problem-based teaching materials will be validated teaching materials by 2 experts math education materials and one person linguists. The achievement of this research is problem-based teaching materials that can support economic mathematics lectures. The achievement that will be produced is ≥ 50% students of mathematics education are getting the optimal learning course on the math economy. Based on the results of questionnaires percentage obtained validation criteria of 80% of teaching materials and meet the criteria are valid for.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bahan ajar aljabar linear yang perlu dikembangkan bagi mahasiswa pendidikan matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan matematika yang menempuh matakuliah aljabar linear tahun ajaran 2020/2019 di Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan lembar angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar pada perkuliahan aljabar linear masih menggunakan satu buah bahan ajar lama, mahasiswa membutuhkan bahan ajar yang mudah dipahami dan dapat digunakan secara mandiri, mahasiswa membutuhkan bahan ajar yang  menuntun mahasiswa menemukan pengetahuan melalui pertanyaan-pertanyaan maupun langkah-langkah, serta mahasiswa membutuhkan bahan ajar yang mendukung dalam pembelajaran daring. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa perlu dikembangkan bahan ajar Aljabar linear sesuai karakteristik mahasiswa dan perkembangan teknologi yang ada. Bahan ajar berupa e-modul berbasis Socrates merupakan salah satu alternatif bahan ajar aljabar linear yang diperlukan dalam memmfasititasi pembelajaran daring. Selain itu, dengan modul berbasis Socrates yang berisi pertanyaan yang dapat menuntun mahasiswa dalam menemukan pengetahuan secara mandiri.

Abstract

This study aims to decide the effect of learning models on the ability to solve mathematical problems seen from student learning motivation. Learning model used is FSLC and conventional learning model. This type of research is a quasi experiment. The population in this research is the students of class VIII SMP N 1 Trimurjo academic year 2017/2018. The sample of this research is taken by using cluster random sampling technique with sample in experiment class as much as 32, and control class counted 31. The result of this research are as follows: 1) There is difference of problem solving ability between student learning by using FSLC learning model and model of learning conventional. 2) Problem-solving abilities in highly motivated students are better than those with moderate motivation and problem-solving skills in better-motivated students than low motivated students. 3) There is no interaction between FSLC and conventional learning model and learning motivation toward math problem solving ability. The FSLC learning model provides better mathematical problem-solving skills than conventional learning models in both high and medium motivations.

Abstract

Discovery learning is a learning that involves students in the process of mental activity through a brainstorm, to discuss, and try it yourself, so that children can learn to be independent. Resulting in the discovery-based learning problem solving is to let children discover things on their own and group investigation that emphasizes problem solving based on a debriefing activities and student participation. The classes drawn into the sample, the class as a class given control based discovery learning and problem solving one class another group investigation given learning-based problem solving. Data analysis techniques in this study using Ttes. From the results of this study concluded that: (a) In the first experiment class that implements learning model-based problem solving group investigation obtained average value of learning outcomes at 73.10 while the experimental class II implementing discovery-based learning problem solving obtained average value postest average of 66.55. (b) There are significant differences between the results of student learning in the class that implements the discovery-based learning and problem solving class that implements the learning model based problem solving group investigation. Student results in learning problem solving based group investigation better on the class that implements the model-based discovery learning problem solving.

Abstract

Pada sekolah SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Metro, terdapat beberapa hal yang ditemukan diantaranya adalah karena tidak terlalu berfungsinya bahan ajar yang digunakan disekolah yakni berupa buku cetak. Penggunaan buku cetak dalam pembelajaran cukup sulit untuk digunakan saat pembelajaran daring karena penggunaan bahasa dari buku tersebut sulit untuk dipahami peserta didik. Begitu pun contoh soal yang tersaji kurang banyak, sehingga peserta didik kurang memahami materi dan latihan soal yang ada. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar berupa modul matematika berbasis pendekatan kontekstual (Contextual Teaching And Lerning) disertai QR Code pada materi logaritma kelas X yang memenuhi kriteria valid dan praktis. Pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE, yaitu: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas X IPA 1 SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Metro dengan jumlah peserta didik sebanyak 6 orang. Dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini, produk yang dihasilkan harus divalidasi terlebih dahulu, kemudian dilakukan uji coba terbatas. Hasil rata-rata dari validasi ahli materi sebesar 86,43% termasuk dalam kategori sangat valid, selanjutnya untuk hasil rata-rata validasi ahli media sebesar 90% sehingga termasuk dalam kategori sangat valid. Adapun untuk uji coba kepraktisan modul memperoleh rata-rata 87,95% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Berdasarkan kriteria yang diterapkan maka modul matematika berbasis pendekatan kontekstual (Contextual Teaching And Lerning) disertai QR Code pada materi logaritma kelas X dinyatakan layak dan praktis untuk digunakan.At SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Metro, several things were found, including the lack of functioning of the teaching materials used in schools, namely in the form of printed books. The use of printed books in learning is quite difficult to use when learning online because the use of the language of the book is difficult for students to understand. Likewise, there are not many examples of questions presented, so that students do not understand the material and practice questions. This research and development aims to produce teaching materials in the form of mathematics modules based on a contextual approach (Contextual Teaching And Learning) accompanied by a QR Code on logarithmic material for class X that meets valid and practical criteria. This development uses the ADDIE development model, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The subject of this research is class X IPA 1 SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Metro with a total of 6 students. In this research and development, the resulting product must be validated first, then a limited trial is carried out. The average results of material expert validation of 86.43% are included in the very valid category, then for the media expert validation average results of 90% so that they are included in the very valid category. As for the practicality of the module, it obtained an average of 87.95% in the very practical category. Based on the criteria applied, the mathematics module based on a contextual approach (Contextual Teaching and Learning) accompanied by a QR Code on logarithmic class X material is declared feasible and practical to use.

Abstract

The aim of the research was to determine the effect of  learning models on mathematics achievement viewed from the student creativity. The learning model compared were discovery, group investigation and conventional. The type of the research was a quasi-experimental research. The population was the students of Junior High Schoolin Surakarta city on academic year 2012/2013. The samples of this research were taken by using the stratified cluster random sampling technique. The samples consist of 281 students who were divided into 94 students in the first experiment class, 94 students in the second experiment class, and 93 students in the control class. The results of this research are as follows: (1) the discovery learning model results in better learning achievement than the group investigation and conventional learning model. The group investigation learning model results in an equal learning achievement to the conventional learning model, (2) the students having high level of creativity have better learning achievement than those having medium and low levels of creativity. The students having medium level of creativity have an equal learning achievement to those having low level of creativity, (3) on the discovery learning model, students having high creativity have better learning achievement than those having medium and low levels of creativity and students having medium level of creativity have an equal learning achievement to those having low creativity. On the group investigation model, students in each level of creativity have the same learning achievement, (4) the students who were tought with the discovery learning model have better learning achievement than those taught with the group investigation and conventional learning model in the category of having high level of creativity. The students who were tought group investigation and conventional model results in an equal learning achievement in the category of having high level of creativity. The students having medium level of creativity have an equal learning achievement to those having low level of creativity in each learning model.

Abstract

The aim of this research to analyze the essence of Junior high student learning outcomes Darul Arafah is still relatively low it is seen that the value of the student learning outcomes that achieve minimum completeness criteria (KKM) is still much below the passing standard, so it is still far from what is expected. From the analysis it can be concluded as follows: 1) There is a noticeable difference the average student learning outcomes are taught using methods of collaborative learning with an average of the learning outcomes of students who are taught with methods of discovery learning on the subject of integers students in grade 7 SMP Darul Arafah Sukajawa the school 2015/2016. 2) The average results learning collaborative learning method is lower than the average student learning outcomes are taught using methods of discovery learning on the subject of integers grade students grade 7 SMP Darul Arafah Sukajawa the school 2015/2016.

Abstract

The study aims to find out 1) whether or not there is an effect of the Reciprocal Teaching model on students' mathematics learning outcomes. 2) which ones have good mathematical learning outcomes between those who have high, moderate learning independence. 3) interactions between Reciprocal Teaching and conventional learning models. The data analysis technique uses hypothesis testing of two-way anava with unequal cells. Research conclusions: 1) There is an influence of mathematics learning outcomes between those who learn using the Reciprocal Teaching and conventional learning models. 2) Mathematics learning outcomes that have high learning independence are better than those with moderate learning independence and mathematics learning outcomes that have moderate independence are better than those with low learning independence. 3) There is an interaction between Reciprocal Teaching and conventional learning models and learning independence on mathematics learning outcomes in those who have high, medium and low learning independence.
