This community service program aimed to improve the digital marketing capacity and practical marketing tools of the Sedulur Ketupat Manggus business group in Pangkalan Balai, Banyuasin. A participatory learning-by-doing approach was applied through needs assessment, socialization, training, guided practice, technology implementation, and evaluation. Twenty-two participants completed a 30-item Likert instrument (score range 30-150) before and after the program. The mean score increased with an average gain of 28.00 points. The mean N-gain was 0.3475 (moderate). The largest dimensional increase occurred in digital marketing knowledge, whereas branding and business management remained the main follow-up priority. All participants established WhatsApp Business accounts, 82% established Instagram Business accounts, and 68% uploaded initial promotional content. The program also produced the “Ketupat Manggus” brand, product labels, and a digital catalog. Continued mentoring is needed to strengthen content consistency, bookkeeping, and measurement of sales outcomes.
