Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Time Management (X1) and Workload (X2) on Academic Achievement (Y) in part-time working students. The study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods and a Likert scale instrument of 1–5. Respondents were 100 part-time working students from various study programs. The results of the study indicate that the Time Management variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Academic Achievement (Y). In addition, Workload (X2) is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on students' Academic Achievement. A measurable workload can improve discipline, the ability to organize tasks, and motivation in completing academic responsibilities. Simultaneously, both variables, namely Time Management and Workload, have a significant effect on Academic Achievement. Based on these findings, it is recommended that students improve their time management skills by preparing a balanced study and work schedule.

Abstract

Kelompok wanita tani (KWT) di Desa Lalang Sembawa bergerak di bidang pertanian sayuran. KWT ini memiliki beberapa kesulitan dalam melakukan pemasaran dan penanaman sayur yang beragam tetapi dengan lahan yang relatif sedikit. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan mengenai Green Marketing dan mendemonstrasikan rotasi tanaman untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan penanaman sayur. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah observasi lapangan, demonstrasi, dan presentasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini yaitu peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai Green Marketing dan kemampuan melakukan rotasi tanaman sayuran di KWT Pinang Merah Desa Lalang Sembawa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic position and formulate development strategies for Sebalik Mandiri Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in Sebalik Village, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. This BUMDes operates in the agricultural production facilities sector (saprodi), specifically fertilizers and pesticides. The method used is SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with 3 core management members and 2 employees, and documentation studies. The results identified the main strengths of BUMDes in competitive pricing, payment flexibility, and full support from the village government, but it still has weaknesses in limited capital and business experience. Available opportunities include village land management and the development of BUMDes-branded products, while the main threats come from price competition and supply instability. Based on the SWOT matrix, the position of Sebalik Mandiri BUMDes is in quadrant I (Aggressive Strategy), indicating that internal strengths can be maximally utilized to seize existing opportunities. The priority strategies recommended are capital optimization through village support, development of village land management businesses, and strengthening institutional and digital administration to face competition.
