This research seeks to assess the professionalism of educators regarding ethical standards and teaching abilities at MAS Muhammadiyah Nangahure. The research employed a qualitative approach, specifically a descriptive format. The investigation took place at MAS Muhammadiyah Nangahure. The subjects in this study were chemistry teachers who were also homeroom teachers at MAS Muhammadiyah Nangahure. Research participants were selected using targeted sampling methods. Information was gathered through observations and interviews. The gathered data were analyzed by following the steps of reduction, organizing the data, and drawing conclusions. Findings from this research reveal that the professionalism of teachers at MAS Muhammadiyah. Nangahure has been developed through an understanding and application of professional ethics and mastery of educational competencies, although its implementation is not yet fully consistent and still requires continuous strengthening. Teachers in general have realized the importance of ethics in carrying out their duties as educators and have adequate basic competencies, but they still face challenges in consistently applying ethics, managing ethical dilemmas, and developing pedagogical and professional competencies, especially in the use of technology and learning innovations. Therefore, improving teacher professionalism needs to be done in an integrated manner through professional ethics training and continuous development of educational competencies so that the quality of learning and character building of students can be achieved optimally.
