The purpose of this study is to explain how animated video media can increase students' desire to learn. The sample used consisted of 19 grade VII students and 1 PAI teacher, the research subjects used data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which was equipped with triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that the use of animated video media during the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages can increase students' attention, activeness, and memory of PAI materials. Supporting factors include the creativity and ability of teachers, positive student responses, and the suitability of media with visual and interactive learning features. Inhibiting factors include limited facilities and infrastructure, learning time limits, and teachers' inability to create media independently. Thus, animated videos have proven to be an innovative and interactive learning strategy to increase student motivation.
