This study was motivated by several problems in the use of the E-Puskesmas system at Muara Bungo I Public Health Center, including system hang-ups, slow response times, and long loading processes. The study aimed to describe E-Puskesmas system performance, describe user satisfaction, and analyze the relationship between system performance and user satisfaction. This quantitative study used a descriptive-analytic design and involved 75 direct E-Puskesmas users consisting of health workers and administrative staff. Data were collected using a five-point Likert questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, normality testing, and the Chi-Square test. The normality test showed that the total scores for System Performance and User Satisfaction were not normally distributed, with Kolmogorov-Smirnov significance values of 0.000. Therefore, the median was used as the cut-off point. The median score was 57 for System Performance and 80 for User Satisfaction. Using these cut-offs, 31 respondents (41.3%) were categorized as having Poor Performance and 44 respondents (58.7%) as Good Performance. User Satisfaction consisted of 36 respondents (48.0%) categorized as Less Satisfied and 39 respondents (52.0%) as Satisfied. The Pearson Chi-Square test produced a value of 14.525 with p-value 0.000 (<0.001), indicating a significant relationship between E-Puskesmas System Performance and User Satisfaction. Therefore, H0 was rejected and Ha wasaccepted.
