<![CDATA[Effective and transparent village administrative governance is a cornerstone of achieving good village governance. However, limited understanding and skills among village officials often serve as major obstacles to accountable administrative management. This community service initiative aims to enhance the capacity and capabilities of officials in Popisi Village, Peling Tengah District, Banggai Kepulauan Regency, through a program involving outreach and guidance on village administrative governance. The implementation method involved direct mentoring provided to the Popisi Village government. The process comprised several stages: initial observation, coordination with the village government, and the mentoring sessions themselves, which were held at the Popisi Village office and attended by village government representatives. The desired outcome of this activity was to improve the village government's knowledge and ability to implement the Peling Tengah District information system. The program successfully raised awareness among village officials regarding the importance of administrative orderliness in delivering superior public services. Sustaining this program requires periodic digital mentoring to ensure consistent governance performance at the village level.]]>
