Entrepreneurship education in schools depends not only on curriculum design but also on how principals create an environment that supports entrepreneurial learning. This study examines the leadership practices of a Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) principal in Kota Jambi in developing students' entrepreneurial mindset within an Islamic education setting. The study used a qualitative case study approach, drawing on interviews, observations, and document analysis. The data were analyzed through reflexive thematic analysis. The study identified three main leadership practices: integrating Islamic values such as amanah, tawakal, and ikhlas into entrepreneurial character development; strengthening entrepreneurship through curriculum innovation and skills-based programs; and building partnerships with external institutions. The findings suggest that entrepreneurial mindset development in madrasahs is shaped by the connection between leadership practices, institutional culture, and students' spiritual and entrepreneurial character.
