This study aims to describe the creation of Eco Bloom as a decorative craft made from upcycled plastic bags and to analyze its relation to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data were obtained from Eco Bloom artworks, the Eco Bloom book, visual documentation, and literature related to upcycling, sustainable craft, and sustainable development. The analysis focuses on the process of transforming plastic bag waste, the visual characteristics of the artworks, floral representation, artistic value, and their relation to the SDGs. The results show that plastic bag waste can be transformed into decorative craft artworks through various techniques and visual processes. The artworks represent different flowers and ornamental plants through the use of form, color, texture, and composition. The transformation of the material also creates new artistic value and changes the way waste materials can be viewed and used. In relation to the SDGs, Eco Bloom is mainly related to SDG 12 through the reuse of materials, SDG 4 through skill development and learning, and SDG 9 through the development of techniques and material use. SDG 8 and SDG 11 have potential connections but need further research. Eco Bloom shows that sustainable craft can be developed through the creative use of waste materials while maintaining artistic value.
