Abstract

This study begins from the goal of national education system on improving the quality of learning through learning outcomes. SMKN 9 Padang including one of the schools that still realy on textbooks in the learning process of batic. Pre-study observations show that the learning batic has not met expectations. This is likely because the students do not have a background in terms of making batic.2Science is developed to introduce the module as one of the teaching materials that can improve student learning outcomes effectively and efficiently. This research was conducted with the aim of : 1) produce a valid batik learning modules, practically, and efficient, 2) develop a learning module on batic material for secondary vocational schools.This type of research is the research and development or development methods, namely designing and making batic learning modules, and then test the validity, practicalities and effectiveness. Each test is done, there is validation sheet stating valid or not. Data analysis technique consists of analyzing the validity, practicalities and effectiveness. The questionnaire contains about practicality, activities and student motivation. Questionnaire data were analyzed using a Likert scale. Research object is a class XI student SMKN 8 Padang.The result based on data obtained show that the learning module batic produced in a valid category, practical and effective both in terms of the feasibility of the module content, language of modules, graph and presentation of module. It was concluded that the learning module batic worthy to serve as one of the reference material in the development of textile craft module specifically about learning batic.Keyword : Batic Learning Modules

Abstract

This study intends to increase the creative results of student motif designs in the Decorative Design course by applying a learning model based on the natural environment (Environment Learning). This type of research is classroom action research (CAR) with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were D3 students of the Fashion Design Study Program, totaling 37 people. Data collection techniques used student observation sheets, student activity sheets, student design results tests and questionnaires via Google form. The results of this study are learning decorative design in Cycle II it is known that as many as 32 students who have completed the competency in designing decorative motifs after applying the environmental learning learning model with an acquisition score of 86.48%, while students who did not complete as many as 5 students with acquisitions percentage value of 13.51%. So it was concluded that the percentage increase from cycle I to cycle II was 18.91%.

Abstract

Learning media, in general, is a process tool that stimulates the thoughts, feelings, attention, and abilities or skills of students so that they can encourage the learning process. In the Fashion Design course, students are required to be able to create a design based on various sources of creative and innovative ideas. To create an innovative design, we need a learning media that is able to determine goals, directions, and guidelines in creating works, one of which is the mood board media. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of a mood board learning media for home economics undergraduate students. Concentration of Fashion in developing design ideas. This study uses the mixed method (combined method: qualitative and quantitative). According to the results of the calculation of the 19 items related to the effectiveness of using the mood board learning media that the author gave to 34 students in the class, they were included in the "effective" category. In this study, it can be interpreted that the effectiveness of the use of mood board learning media in the Fashion Design course for S1 PKK students concentrating on Fashion Design has been effectively implemented.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah kesehatan di dunia, terutama negara berkembang adalah anemia. Anemia dapat terjadi jika kadar hemoglobin tidak cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tubuh dalam jangka waktu lama. Kelompok yang beresiko mengalami anemia salah satunya adalah remaja putri. Pisang ambon, susu kedelai, dan madu adalah bahan alami yang memiliki kandungan zat besi, vitamin C, dan zink yang dapat membantu dalam meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jus pisang ambon kombinasi susu kedelai dan madu terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada remaja putri di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Petung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasy experimental dengan pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling diperoleh responden sebanyak 24 orang. Analisis data menggunakan uji paired t-test dan Mann whitney. Rata-rata kenaikan kadar hemoglobin pada intervensi buah pisang ambon sebesar 1,49 g/dL dan pada intervensi jus pisang ambon kombinasi susu kedelai dan madu sebesar 2,21 g/dL. Hasil uji Mann Whitney menunjukkan nilai p=0,002 <?(0,05) yang berarti adanya perbedaan kenaikan kadar hemoglobin antar dua intervensi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa jus pisang ambon kombinasi susu kedelai dan madu lebih baik dalam meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin.

Abstract

The people of the Siberut Mentawai islands still maintain various arts and practice the culture and customs of their ancestors. They have natural environment ornaments including tattoos and Jaraik, which is a symbol of the greatness of the Sikerei (Shaman) house in the Mentawai tribe.  Along with the progress and development of the Mentawai area, traditional culture began to shift, therefore it is necessary to carry out conservation and development efforts. So, the purpose of this research is the efforts to preserve and produce creative art products based on local wisdom by transforming tattoos, jaraik, and other Mentawai natural environments in batik art and uniting various elements of visual cultural arts as supporting elements. The method used is research and development adopting the 4 D steps with four stages of development design, development, and deployment. In addition, the study also conducted studies of art and aesthetics, design and fashion as well as analysis of market tastes. So, the outputs of this research are; prototypes of batik art innovation products based on local Mentawai culture that are market-worthy; and scientific articles in reputable international journals. Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and product feasibility tests were carried out by experts and product exhibitions which were used as Mentawai branding.

Abstract

The development of the fashion industry in the era of globalization demands adaptation to trends without abandoning cultural identity, making culture-based learning essential in fashion design education. This study aims to explore the integration of local cultural elements into the fashion design education curriculum and to assess its impact on learning through bibliometric analysis. The bibliometric method was conducted using Scopus data on publications related to fashion design and education, yielding 100 documents analyzed to identify publication trends, author and affiliation productivity, and the most cited articles. The findings reveal an annual publication growth rate of 14.9%, indicating rising interest in this topic. The analysis also identifies five of the most productive affiliations and authors, with major contributions from countries such as China, South Korea, and the United States. This study concludes that integrating local cultural values into fashion design education has considerable potential to be developed with the support of modern technology. The implications provide a foundation for developing a fashion design curriculum that is sustainable, adaptive, and culturally relevant amid the challenges of the global industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan dan mengembangkan kelayakan Media Video Pembelajaran Moodboard Digital Busana Pesta bagi siswa kelas XI Tata Busana SMK Negeri 1 Ampek Angkek. Latar belakang utama penelitian adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa (70% dan 55% siswa tidak tuntas) yang disebabkan oleh proses pembuatan moodboard yang masih manual dan terbatasnya keterampilan siswa dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi desain digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop), di mana data dikumpulkan melalui angket (kuesioner) dan dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan skala Likert untuk mengukur validitas dan praktikalitas. Temuan utama menunjukkan kualitas media yang sangat baik: hasil uji validitas media mencapai 92 % dan validitas materi 88 %, keduanya dalam kategori Sangat Valid. Tingkat praktikalitas media juga sangat tinggi berdasarkan respon guru (94,5%) dan siswa (rata-rata 91,4% dan 88%), dengan kategori Sangat Praktis. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Media Video Pembelajaran Moodboard Digital Busana Pesta terbukti sangat valid dan sangat praktis untuk digunakan sebagai sumber belajar yang inovatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pembelajaranmendesain batik di SMKN 1 Lubuk Sikaping masih bersifatkonvensional. Guru menyampaikan materi melalui penjelasanlisan dan contoh visual statis tanpa dukungan media interaktif.Selain itu, siswa sebenarnya telah memiliki perangkat digital seperti smartphone Android, tetapi belum dimanfaatkan secaraoptimal dalam proses belajar. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitianini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media video pembelajaran“Mendesain Motif Batik dengan Aplikasi IbisPaint X” sebagaisarana pembelajaran digital yang interaktif dan relevan dengankebutuhan siswa jurusan Busana di SMK. Penelitian inimerupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE, yang terdiri atas lima tahap, yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Tahap analisis dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan guru serta siswa untuk mengidentifikasikebutuhan media pembelajaran. Tahap desain dan pengembanganmencakup penyusunan naskah, pembuatan storyboard, sertaproduksi video pembelajaran yang berisi pengenalan aplikasiIbisPaint X, teori dasar batik, dan praktik mendesain motif flora dan fauna secara digital. Uji validitas dilakukan oleh ahli materidan ahli media, sedangkan uji praktikalitas dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa. Hasil validasi ahli materi memperoleh rata-rata 89,5 % (sangat valid), sedangkan ahli media sebesar 90% (sangat valid). Uji praktikalitas oleh guru memperoleh hasil 94,64% (sangat praktis), dan oleh siswa sebesar 83,72% (sangat praktis). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, media video pembelajaran inidinyatakan layak dan praktis digunakan. Media video berbasisaplikasi IbisPaint X ini membantu siswa memahami langkah-langkah mendesain motif batik digital, meningkatkan motivasibelajar, serta mendorong kreativitas dalam pembelajaran desainbusana.
