Inventory management remains a significant challenge for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in mushroom cultivation businesses where inventory includes perishable products requiring accurate stock control. Manual inventory recording often leads to stock discrepancies, inefficient operations, and delayed reporting. This study aims to implement and evaluate a cloud-based inventory information system integrated with barcode technology to improve inventory management in Mushroom MSMEs. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology and implemented at Kelompok Tani Jamur Sedyo Lestari, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The application supports barcode-based product identification, real-time inventory monitoring, purchasing, sales, stock adjustment, and reporting through a cloud-based platform. System functionality was verified using Black Box Testing, while implementation outcomes were evaluated by comparing operational performance before and after deployment. The implementation improved inventory recording efficiency, reduced manual recording errors, enhanced stock visibility, and accelerated report generation. Barcode technology simplified transaction processing, whereas cloud deployment enabled centralized inventory monitoring and data accessibility. The findings demonstrate that integrating cloud computing and barcode technology provides an affordable and practical digital transformation solution for agricultural MSMEs. This study contributes empirical evidence on the implementation of barcode-based inventory systems for improving operational performance in perishable-product MSMEs
