The development of TikTok social media has encouraged the emergence of various health education content, one of which is the account dr. Gia Pratama that presents medical information through an engaging storytelling approach. However, the high exposure to health information on social media is not always followed by a significant increase in audience understanding. This study aims to determine the influence of health education content on the level of understanding among followers of the dr. Gia Pratama account. The method used is quantitative explanatory research with a survey approach toward the account's followers. The results show a t-value of 10.761, greater than the t-table value of 1.660, and an F-value of 115.801, greater than the F-table value of 3.938, with a significance value of less than 0.05. The coefficient of determination indicates that the educational content has a 54.2% influence on the followers' level of understanding. Variations in content quality and presentation style, such as message conciseness, the use of attractive visuals, and systematic explanation structure, significantly affect differences in understanding among followers. Thus, the account's content plays an important role in the health learning process on short-form social media platforms.
