Abstract

Pancasila as the Indonesian state philosophy plays a central role in the formation of laws and regulations in this country. This article explains how the basic values ​​of Pancasila are the main basis for the legislative and law formation process in Indonesia. In this context, Pancasila not only functions as a source of moral and ethical values ​​in drafting laws, but also as a guideline for maintaining social justice, democracy, unity and national security. This study examines various aspects and practical implementation of the role of Pancasila in the Indonesian legal context, including its influence on public policy and the legislative process.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in increasing exports with a focus on the contributions and challenges faced by MSMEs in the current context of economic globalization. The descriptive analysis method is used to identify factors that influence MSME participation in international markets. The results show that MSMEs play an important role in the expansion of a country's foreign trade, although they also face various obstacles such as access to global markets and competition with large companies. This research provides in-depth insight into the strategies needed to strengthen the contribution of MSMEs to the global economy.

Abstract

Economic recovery amidst global challenges requires the right strategy and innovation so that the economic sector can recover optimally. This article analyzes various strategies and innovations implemented in activity programs to improve the performance of the economic sector. This study uses a descriptive analytical approach by examining several programs and activities that have been implemented in various countries. The results of the analysis show the importance of adaptation strategies, technological innovation and collaboration between stakeholders in accelerating post-crisis economic recovery. These findings provide guidance for governments, companies and related institutions to design and implement effective and sustainable economic recovery programs.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the use of metaphor in poetry as a means of expressing the depth of the author's meaning and expression. Metaphors are often used to enrich poetic language by connecting complex concepts figuratively. Qualitative analysis methods are used to examine how metaphors are used to communicate emotional and intellectual messages in poetry, with a focus on the author as a conveyer of meaning. The findings suggest that metaphor can serve as a powerful tool for expressing complex and deep ideas in poetry, enriching the reading experience and literary interpretation.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of using the TikTok application on the communication patterns of Generation Z. TikTok has become a significant platform for this generation in conveying their expressions and interactions through creative video content. This study aims to explore how these applications influence the way Generation Z communicates, including changes in their digital self-expression. This research uses a qualitative approach to analyze how TikTok influences the dynamics of interpersonal communication, the use of visual language, and content consumption and production patterns in the current digital cultural context.

Abstract

Poverty is a complex and multidimensional social issue, encompassing the inability of individuals to meet basic needs as well as access to education, healthcare, and decent employment. In the city of Medan, the challenge of poverty remains significant despite its role as an economic hub in North Sumatra. Various efforts have been made by the Medan City Government through social assistance programs, economic empowerment, and infrastructure improvements; however, challenges such as social inequality, limited job opportunities, and bureaucratic inefficiencies remain major obstacles. Additionally, ineffective coordination between the government, NGOs, and the private sector slows the achievement of poverty alleviation goals. Therefore, a holistic approach that includes improvements in education, healthcare, and private sector involvement in local economic development is needed to address poverty sustainably in Medan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the communication strategies implemented in strengthening infrastructure in remote areas and the challenges faced in this process. Remote areas often face difficulties in terms of access to information, limited technology, and low community participation in development projects. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews, field observations and documentation analysis. The research results show that effective communication strategies include the use of traditional communication channels, language simplification, and community involvement in every stage of the project. Challenges faced include limited access to technology, cultural barriers, and low levels of education, which can be overcome with approaches based on local context and information transparency. This research provides recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of communication in strengthening infrastructure in remote areas, in order to obtain maximum support from the community and ensure project success.

Abstract

The development of social media platforms in today's digital era has experienced a significant increase in all circles. In this context, many online news portals have converged by utilizing Instagram as a medium for disseminating up to date information. Instagram itself, is able to disseminate information widely because it is relatively easy to access by anyone at any time. Indozone.id itself is an online media web portal part of PT. Indozone Media Indonesia which has also converged by utilizing Instagram. Has 4.2 million active Instagram followers, with the well-known characteristic with the tagline #KAMUHARUSTAU Indozone.id has successfully presented content that is educational, informative and adds insight and the latest information to its followers in order to build a better generation of Indonesia and be able to have a positive impact on generations Millennials and Gen Z. The current research uses a descriptive quantitative approach and seeks to determine the resulting influence of the @Indozone Instagram account in meeting the information needs of its followers specifically for Stikom Interstudi broadcasting students. The data collection technique is through the Google form with a scale measurement level such as 4 points and the data confirmation test technique uses the Validity Test and Reliability Test. While the data analysis technique uses the Simple Linear Analysis Technique with the help of IBM SPSS V.26 software with research results showing that Instagram @Indozone has a significant and positive effect on fulfilling the information needs of Stikom Interstudi broadcasting students.

Abstract

The development of technology is very rapid and has undergone a significant transformation, especially with the emergence of technology 5.0. In this development, Generation Z is experiencing communication challenges in the development of the 5.0 technology which is increasing. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Communication Challenges of 5.0 in the Digital Age and Understand Generation Z in communicating with the rapid advancement of 5.0 technology. This research is a literature study. Data collection uses documentation from Google School. The data analysis used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The vast and growing expansion of the field of communication 5.0 through various digital platforms, such as social media, has made it difficult to communicate 5.0 in the current digital era, especially when connecting with Generation Z. The problem of communication in the current digital era is The current digital era, especially when interacting with Generation Z, is the rapid growth of the field of communication through various digital platforms, including social media, instant messaging, online content, other media, and so on. The characteristics of Generation Z, such as their tendency towards concise communication, strong visuals, and video, influence their communication style. In addition, it must be recognized that Generation Z is very tech-savvy, which can lead to privacy and security issues that need to be handled carefully if you want to establish effective communication with this generation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership on the performance of regional office employees in the Ministry of Riau province. The population used in this study was 181 people. The sampling method uses the slovin formula in analyzing data obtained from research objects using quantitative analysis and the number of respondents is 65 people. The results of data processing through SPSS data analysis using the simple linear regression method with the results Y = 18.184 + 0.867x, from the t test there is a t count of 6.374 it can be seen that the value of t count > t table (6.374 > 1.99834) means that leadership has a significant effect on performance employees at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Riau Province. it can be seen that the R square value is 0.392, this means that the leadership variable (X) contributes or contributes to the dependent variable where the leadership is 0.392 or 39.2% while the remaining 60.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. this research.
