This study aims to determine the effect of Work-Life Balance, Job Autonomy, and Perceived Organizational Support on the loyalty of PPPK (government-contracted civil servant) teachers, both partially and simultaneously. This study is motivated by the loyalty issues faced by PPPK teachers, who deal with high professional demands amid uncertain employment status. A quantitative approach was employed using a saturated sampling technique involving all 104 PPPK teachers at elementary schools in Mojowarno District, Jombang Regency. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on PPPK teacher loyalty, Job Autonomy has a significant but negative effect on PPPK teacher loyalty, and Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on PPPK teacher loyalty, contributing the most dominant influence among the three variables. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect PPPK teacher loyalty, accounting for 90.5% of its variance. This study recommends that schools strengthen organizational support and maintain a healthy work-life balance for PPPK teachers in order to enhance their loyalty.
