This study was motivated by the suboptimal learning outcomes in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) among fourth-grade students at MI TGH Muhammad Saharuddin NW Suralaga, which was attributed to the limited use of technology-based learning media. This study aimed to determine the effect of technology-based learning media on students’ IPAS learning outcomes. A quantitative approach was employed using a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 20 students selected through saturated sampling. Data were collected using multiple-choice achievement tests and analyzed using the Product Moment Pearson validity test, Cronbach’s Alpha reliability test, Shapiro-Wilk normality test, and t-test with SPSS. All items were declared valid, with a reliability coefficient of 0.939 (highly reliable), while the data were normally distributed. The mean pretest score increased from 55.60 to 73.20 in the posttest, representing an improvement of 17.60 points. The t-test yielded a value of -2.393 with a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.022 < 0.05, indicating that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. Therefore, technology-based learning media had a significant effect on students’ IPAS learning outcomes.
