This study aims to examine the implementation of fine motor skill stimulation using pop-up media for children aged 4–5 years at Bimba Bintang Junior (formerly Rainbow Kids) Makasar. The results indicate that the "Pop-up Class" program as an actualization of the Kurikulum Merdeka (Independent Curriculum) has been implemented in a structured manner, spanning the planning, execution, and evaluation phases. Instruction focuses on honing six dimensions of child development through hands-on exploration activities that integrate principles of fun learning, creativity, and daily living skills. Optimizing hand-eye coordination and strengthening finger muscles are achieved through the active involvement of teachers acting as facilitators and motivators, supported by a variety of media such as finger painting, simple science experiments, cutting, sewing, and the use of pop-up books. The program's success is driven by a tripartite collaboration involving institutional leadership, teacher competence, and parental participation. Operational challenges specifically the heterogeneity of students' initial abilities and time constraints are addressed through a scaffolding approach and periodic adjustments to the activity flow.
