Scabies is a contagious skin disease with high prevalence in densely populated environments such as Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). The lack of students' (santri) knowledge regarding the causes, prevention, and management of scabies is a primary factor contributing to the persistence of this health problem. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to analyze the effect of health education using poster media on santri knowledge levels regarding scabies. The method utilized a pre-experimental design (one group pretest-posttest design) involving 40 sample. Knowledge evaluation was conducted using a structured questionnaire before (pre-test) and after (post-test) the educational intervention. The analysis showed a significant increase in the mean knowledge score from 52.5 (poor category) at pre-test to 87.5 (good category) at post-test. Wilcoxon statistical test yielded a p-value < 0.05, indicating a significant impact of poster-based health education. Poster media proved effective as a communicative health promotion tool in the pesantren environment.
