This international community service activity aimed to introduce character values and positive discipline to teachers of Sekolah Rendah Tahfidz Integrasi (SRITI). The activity was conducted face-to-face at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia, on November 5, 2025, and involved eight teachers as participants. The program employed several methods, including socialization, interactive presentations, question-and-answer sessions, case discussions, and reflection activities. The materials focused on integrating character values into learning processes, strengthening teacher modeling, implementing respectful communication, and applying non-punitive responses to student behavior. Throughout the activity, teachers actively participated by asking questions and sharing classroom experiences, particularly related to effective strategies for addressing student rule violations while maintaining students’ dignity and emotional well-being. The discussions encouraged participants to connect positive discipline principles with religious values and daily practices implemented in their schools. The activity resulted in a shared understanding that discipline should be developed through clear expectations, consistency, dialogue, guidance, and constructive consequences rather than punishment. This program also contributed to strengthening academic cooperation between Universitas Muhammadiyah Purworejo and UiTM through international community engagement activities.
