This study aimed to identify the forms of bullying, the causes of bullying, the relationship between Guidance and Counseling teachers and the principal in handling bullying cases, and the role of Guidance and Counseling teachers in addressing bullying behavior among students at SMA Negeri Olahraga Tadulako Palu. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving five participants, consisting of one Guidance and Counseling teacher, one principal, two students who were victims of bullying, and one student who was a bullying perpetrator. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The findings revealed that bullying at SMA Negeri Olahraga Tadulako Palu occurred in the forms of verbal and physical bullying, mainly influenced by a culture of seniority and peer influence. Guidance and Counseling teachers, together with the principal, addressed bullying through socialization programs, guidance and counseling services, character development for perpetrators, and educational sanctions. However, the role of Guidance and Counseling teachers has not been fully optimized due to the limited number of counseling teachers, the lack of close relationships with students, and sanctions that have not provided a sufficient deterrent effect.
