Abstract

Permasalahan pokok yang dibahas dalam tulisan ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh positif  konsep diri siswa dan pola asuh orang tua terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa SMP  di Palu Sulawesi Tengah. Untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang dibahas penulis menggunakan studi literatur. Literatur yang penulis temukan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada hubungan positif antara konsep diri dengan  kemandirian belajar siswa SMP di Palu Sulawesi Tengah. Hal ini diperoleh dari penelitian Alif Nur (2012) tentang hubungan antara konsep diri dengan kemandirian belajar siswa SMP Negeri 14 Palu yang hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa melalui analisis inferensial diperoleh nilai r hitung > r tabe ataul 0,709 > 0,254. (2) Ada hubungan positif antara pola asuh orang tua dengan kemandirian belajar siswa. Hal ini diperolah dari penelitian Sri Ropiati (2011) tentang hubungan antara konsep diri dengan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Marawola yang hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa melalui analisis inferensial diperoleh nialai r hitung > r tabel atau 0,221 > 0,195.

Abstract

The problem of this research is student’s interest of further study to SMK Pariwisata before and after the implementation of career information service, also whether career information service effective to increase interest of further study to SMK Pariwisata. This research intended todescribe the effectiveness of career information service to increaseinterest of student’s further study . The subjects in this research were 20 students. The data was collected by havinginterest of further study to SMK Pariwisata questionnaire.The data was processed and analyzed in descriptive and inferentially. The result of descriptive analysis showed that before implementation ofcareer information service there were 30% of students had high interest of further study, 55%  of students had low interest of further study, and 15% of students had very low interest of further study. On the other side afterimplementation ofcareer information service there wereenhancement of interest of further study, i.e:20% of students had very high interest of further study, 70% of students had high interest of further study, and 10% of students had low interest of further study. So it can be conluded that career information service was effective to increaseinterest of further study to SMK Pariwisata of students in grade IX SMP Negeri Satap Pantangolemba Kab.Poso.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research was to describe the potency of students creative thinking in solving mathematical problems in geometry based on Wallas Theory in class VII SMP N 3 Batu Ampar viewed based on their ability level. The form of research used to descriptive research with qualitative data. The subjects in this research were six students of class VII A. Data collection methods obtained from written tests to determine students creative thinking processes; the final grade of mathematics in an odd semester and the opinion of mathematics teacher to find out the level of mathematical ability of students; and interviews to bring out the potency for more considerable creative skill. This research indicated that R1 students have high skill, R2 has moderate strength, and R3 has low ability. This research showed that the process of creative thinking include stages of expressing ideas in their sentences, looking back and planning the concepts of problem-solving, solving the problems based on the ideas has they are made, and rechecking their answer. The result of the research also showed that each student has different potency for creative thinking.Keywords: Creative Thinking Potency, Mathematical Problem Solving, Wallas Theory

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk Menganalisis  Minat Bernyanyi terhadap Mata pelajaran SBK Siswa Kelas V SDN No 1 Siweli Kecamatan Balaesang  pada mata pelajaran SBK..Pokok permasalahan  yang di bahas dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanaMinat Bernyanyi Terhadap Mata pelajaran SBK Siswa Kelas V SDN No 1 Siweli Kecamatan Balaesang?Jenis Penelitian ini adalah deskritif mengambarakan kondisi sesuai dengan kenyataan yang ada di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan diadakan proses latihan di setiap minggunya secara intensif maka kiranya dapat memperbaiki kemampuan anak didalam bernyanyi sehingga terlihat jelas kemampuan anak dalam memahami cara benyanyi dengan baik dan dapat membaca solmisasi dengan benar. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakanAnalisis Minat Bernyanyi Terhadap Mata pelajaran SBK Siswa Kelas V SDN No 1 Siweli Kecamatan Balaesang mencapai hasil yang baik.Kata Kunci :  Minat, Bernyanyi, Pelajaran SBK

Abstract

Understanding the concept is a process in which students are able to understand the information obtained, both the definition, nature and description of a concept so that they are able to construct the concept. Self Efficacy is the ability of individuals to organize the actions needed for certain achievements. This study aims to (1) describe students' conceptual understanding of atomic structure material and the periodic system of elements. (2) describe student self-efficacy in atomic structure material and the periodic system of elements. The type of research used in this study was descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The instruments used in this study were three-tier questions and self-efficacy questionnaires. This research was conducted at SMAN 4 Palu in class X MIPA students. The results showed that students' understanding of concepts in atomic structure material and the periodic system of elements averaged the percentage of students who understood the concept of 34.35% classified as understanding the concept of the low category, students who did not understand the concept of 24.1% were in the low category while students who experienced a misconception of 41.35% in the sufficient category. The results of student self-efficacy research show that student self-efficacy is good because most are in the high category of 45 students (75%), the sufficient category is 15 students (25%).

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to increase students' interest in following the guidance service by using the window shopping model in classical guidance services. The type of research used is quasi-experimental. The number of subjects in this study was 29 students. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data collected was then analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results showed that before the window shopping model was used, students' interest in participating in the guidance service varied from not interested to interested. Still, the most dominant classification was less interested and not interested. After using the window shopping model, students' interest in participating in classical guidance services also varied, but the most dominant was the classification of moderately interested and interested. This study's results indicate an increase in students' interest in following classical guidance services. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of the window shopping model in implementing guidance services effectively increases student interest in participating in guidance services. The results of this study imply that school counselors can follow up using a window shopping model in implementing classical guidance services. School counselors can also use this model in guidance and counseling action research as an effort for continuous professional development.

Abstract

Academic stress is a dangerous thing if it is not managed properly, uncontrolled academic stress can trigger physiological, mental, emotional and physical consequences. One of the factors that influence academic stress is critical thinking skills. The aims of this study were (1) to identify the level of academic stress among students, (2) to identify the relationship between academic stress and critical thinking skills, and (3) to identify differences in academic stress for male and female students in terms of critical thinking skills. The subjects of this research were students of the Guidance and Counseling Education Study Program, Faculty of Education, Tadulako University, Palu. This research is a survey research. Student academic stress was measured using a scale adapted from the Perception of Academic Stress Scale (PAS). Critical thinking skills were measured using a critical thinking skills test adapted from the Critical Thinking Questionnaire (CThQ). The research data were analyzed using the Run Spearman test and one way ANOVA test with the help of SPSS statistics version 26. The results of the data analysis showed (1) the student stress level was 47.45 in the very high category. (2) There is no significant relationship between critical thinking skills and student academic stress as indicated by a significance value of 0.196 or more than 0,05. (3) There is no difference in academic stress between male and female students in terms of gender. The results of Fhitung are smaller than Ftable (0.070 less than 3.92). Abstrak: Stres akademik merupakan hal yang berbahaya jika tidak dikelola dengan baik, stres akademik yang tidak terkendali dapat memicu konsekuensi fisiologis, mental, emosional dan fisik. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi stres akademik adalah kemampuan berpikir kritis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengidentifikasi tingkat stres akademik pada mahasiswa, (2) mengidentifikasi hubungan stres akademik dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan (3) mengidentifikasi perbedaan stres akademik pada mahasiswa laki-laki dan perempuan di istilah keterampilan berpikir kritis. Subyek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bimbingan dan Konseling Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Tadulako Palu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei. Stres akademik mahasiswa diukur dengan menggunakan skala yang diadaptasi dari Skala Persepsi Stres Akademik (PAS). Kemampuan berpikir kritis diukur menggunakan tes kemampuan berpikir kritis yang diadaptasi dari Critical Thinking Questionnaire (CThQ). Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji Run Spearman dan uji one way ANOVA dengan bantuan statistik SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan (1) tingkat stres mahasiswa sebesar 47,45 dengan kategori sangat tinggi. (2) Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan stres akademik mahasiswa yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,196 atau lebih dari 0,05. (3) Tidak ada perbedaan stres akademik antara mahasiswa laki-laki dan perempuan ditinjau dari jenis kelamin. Hasil Fhitung lebih kecil dari Ftabel (0,070 kurang dari 3,92).
