This community service initiative aims to educate Generation Z students on the role of digital literacy in maintaining mental health while enhancing academic productivity. The project employs a Service Learning (SL) approach combined with Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving 40 Generation Z students from SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Weleri. The program focuses on addressing issues such as excessive screen time, digital fatigue, and emotional anxiety stemming from constant connectivity. Activities included digital literacy education, digital detox training, focused time management, and critical content-filtering techniques. Participants were guided to cultivate more intentional, healthy, and productive technology usage habits while reducing passive media consumption patterns. Reflective evaluations revealed positive outcomes, including improved emotional regulation, reduced digital stress levels, and increased daily study efficiency. To ensure program sustainability, a Peer Literacy Group was established to provide a platform for mutual support and peer mentoring. This initiative is expected to serve as an educational step toward raising Generation Z's awareness of wise technology use and fostering a balance between digital activities, mental health, and academic productivity.
