Fourth-year Anesthesiology Nursing students face various academic and clinical demands, including the completion of their final projects. The various stages involved in preparing the final project can be a source of stress and impact the students' psychological well-being. This study aimed to assess the levels of final project-related stress among fourth-year Anesthesiology Nursing students at Universitas Harapan Bangsa. A quantitative descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach was employed. The study population consisted of 238 fourth-year students, with a sample of 150 respondents selected via stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a 23-item questionnaire on final project stress based on the Guttman scale. Univariate analysis was performed using frequency distributions and percentages. The majority of respondents were female (n=94; 62.67%) and 22 years of age (n=76; 50.67%). Regarding stress levels associated with the final project, the largest group fell into the moderate stress category (n=78; 52.00%), followed by mild stress (n=45; 30.00%), severe stress (n=24; 16.00%), and no stress (n=3; 2.00%).
