This community service program aims to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) producing cassava chips owned by Mrs. Sunarsi in Karang Tengah Village through strengthening product branding and designing promotional media. The main challenge faced by the partner is the lack of physical outdoor promotional media, such as business banners at the production site. Consequently, the business location lacks visibility to local residents and passing visitors, despite the owner actively utilizing Facebook and registering the location on Google Maps. The methodology implemented follows a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, encompassing field observations, in-depth interviews, visual identity design, and the installation of business banners. The results demonstrate a significant increase in physical visibility and brand recognition at the local level. Furthermore, this intervention successfully bridges the gap between digital location tags and the physical presence of the business. This program concludes that combining physical promotional banners with existing digital marketing strategies effectively enhances brand awareness, competitiveness, and overall business sustainability for rural MSMEs.
