This study analyzes the comparison of the influence of QRIS and cash payment methods on the purchase decision of Digital Business students in the Business Stall of Business (SOB) Business Unit of Ibn Khaldun University Bogor. A Google Form questionnaire was used to collect data from 65 respondents, and PLS-SEM (SmartPLS) was used for analysis. Based on the test results, the purchase decision was positively and significantly influenced by QRIS (β=0.514; p<0.05) and cash payments (β=0.358; p<0.05). QRIS and cash payments can explain 46.4% variation in purchase decisions, based on the R-square value of 0.464. From the effect size value, QRIS has a more dominant influence (f²=0.475/large category) than cash (f²=0.230/medium category). These findings indicate that the convenience, speed, and efficiency of QRIS payments encourage student purchase decisions more than cash payments.
