This study aims to determine the effect of Civic Philanthropy on strengthening empathy among the board members of the Forum Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (FORDIKA) at Universitas Lampung. Employing a quantitative approach with a descriptive method, this study involved 18 board members as samples. Data were collected through questionnaires supported by structured interviews and analyzed using SPSS. The results show that Civic Philanthropy has a positive and significant effect on strengthening empathy. Both variables fall into the very good category with a score of 94.44%. The Spearman correlation test yielded a significance value of 0.035 < 0.05, while the coefficient of determination test indicated that Civic Philanthropy contributes 24.9% to the strengthening of empathy, with the remaining percentage influenced by other factors. Furthermore, interview results demonstrate that direct involvement in philanthropic activities tangibly enhances emotional sensitivity and social action. Thus, Civic Philanthropy plays a vital role in strengthening student empathy through direct social engagement experiences.
