This study aims to analyze the needs of Islamic Religious Education for office worker congregants and evaluate the effectiveness of the Majlis Ta'lim program at the Taj'ul Madras Mosque in Medan City. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed to map the dynamics of urban communities' spiritual needs. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews during April and May 2026, involving four teachers (ustaz), three council administrators, and seven congregants from office worker backgrounds. The findings reveal that office workers have a high demand for practical and contextual IRE materials to maintain spiritual balance amidst work pressure. The program implementation at Taj'ul Madras Mosque was found to be highly effective due to its pre-program needs analysis, application-oriented topics, and persuasive, easily understandable delivery methods. This study concludes that the management of the Majlis Ta'lim at Taj'ul Madras Mosque successfully fulfills the spiritual requirements of corporate professionals in Medan City.
