This quantitative experimental study examines the effectiveness of a Ruhiology Intelligence (RQ)-based learning method in improving Islamic Religious Education (PAI) achievement in 200 students at an Integrated Islamic Senior High School (SMA IT) in Batam, Indonesia. The research aims to examine the effectiveness of a Ruhiology Intelligence (RQ)-based learning method in improving Islamic Religious Education (PAI) achievement among students at an Integrated Islamic Senior High School (SMA IT) in Batam, Indonesia. The study employed a pretest-posttest design with a control group, and data triangulation through questionnaires, PAI tests, and digital observations. The study examined the five pillars of RQ: spiritual morality, meaningful memorization, spiritual Arabic, worship achievement, and daily reflection, compared to conventional lecture methods amidst the challenges of Industry 4.0, such as digital distractions and low spiritual activity. The results indicate a projected increase in PAI achievement of 15–20% (exceeding the Minimum Completion Criteria/KKM ≥70), a 28% decrease in stress levels, and a 12% decrease in bullying (urban trend). These findings were validated through a paired t-test (α = 0.05), multiple linear regression (R² > 0.50), and the Iskandar RQ Scale instrument with a reliability level of α = 0.89. The novel contributions of this research include the development of a digital-hybrid RQ module aligned with the Independent Curriculum, policy recommendations for the Riau Provincial Education Office, and empirical validation of Iskandar's RQ theory in urban areas, to bridge the gap in holistic Islamic education towards Indonesia Emas 2045
