This community service program aimed to enhance the professional and pedagogical competence of mathematics teachers in the Cianjur Regency MGMP in implementing deep learning. Conducted on 8 October 2025 at Universitas Suryakancana, the workshop involved 57 teachers through presentations, guided practice, reflection, and evaluation. Data were collected using pre- and post-tests, observations, instructional product assessments, and satisfaction questionnaires. The results showed improvements in distinguishing deep learning from conventional learning (46% to 94%), formulating critical-thinking objectives (40% to 92%), facilitating conceptual exploration (36% to 97%), and applying authentic assessment (37% to 88%). Active participation reached 96.49%, attendance through the end of the workshop reached 98.25%, and participant satisfaction was 93.0% (very good). The program also produced initial teaching modules, student worksheets, and learning scenarios. These findings highlight the potential of academic practitioner collaboration and guided product development to support teachers in translating deep learning concepts into meaningful mathematics instruction.
