Escherichia coli-related diarrhea remains a health problem and requires natural adjunctive alternatives. Objective: To compare the effectiveness of multiflora honey, snakehead fish albumin extract, and honey-albumin against Escherichia coli growth. This in vitro experiment used the well diffusion method in negative control, honey, albumin, and honey-albumin groups, each with nine replications; inhibition zone diameters were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis test and post hoc comparisons. The mean inhibition zones were 27.01 mm for honey-albumin, 26.46 mm for honey, 2.65 mm for albumin, and 0 mm for negative control, with a significant difference among groups (p < 0.001). Honey-albumin and honey effectively inhibited Escherichia coli, whereas albumin showed weak inhibition; honey-albumin had the highest descriptive value but did not differ significantly from honey.
