The independent variables in this study were knowledge, perceived seriousness, cues to act, perceived benefits, perceived obstacles. While the dependent variable is Mother's Behavior in Receiving the Covid 19 Vaccine. The statistical test in this study used the chi-square test. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between knowledge, cues to act, perceived benefits, and perceived obstacles to Mother's Behavior in Receiving the Covid 19 Vaccine for Children Aged 6-12 Years with a p value of 0.000 <α = 0.05.

And the results of the chi-square value of ρ = 0.027, 0.000, 0.000, 0.000, and 0.015, indicating a relationship between age history, family history of pre-eclampsia, parity, history of hypertension before pregnancy, and obesity with the incidence of pre-eclampsia in pregnant women at the Obstetrics Polyclinic Mukomuko Hospital in 2022... Abstract

The hospital is a complete individual health service organization that provides inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services provided for the benefit of the community in terms of improving the quality of life (Johan, 2005). One that determines patient satisfaction is the quality of nursing services on the quality of health services, in fact it is one of the determining factors for the image of health service institutions (hospitals) in the eyes of the public (Hayati 2010). Customer satisfaction is a key determinant of service demand levels and supply functions or operations. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the Quality of Nursing Services and the Satisfaction of Inpatients at the Mukomuko Regional General Hospital in 2022 This type of research is a descriptive quantitative research using a cross sectional approach. Sampling used accidental sampling technique with the number of respondents 75 inpatients in class 1, 2 and class 3 at the Mukomuko Regional General Hospital. Statistical tests in this study used the frequency distribution test on univariate analysis and the chi-square test on bivariate analysis. The results showed that the quality of nursing services at the Mukomuko Regional General Hospital was mostly good, most of the respondents felt high satisfaction, and the results of the chi-square analysis showed that there was a relationship between the quality of nursing services and the satisfaction of inpatients at the Regional General Hospital. Mukomuko Year 2022 p value 0.000 < α = 0.05. Through this research, it is hoped that nurses can improve the quality of service in inpatient rooms in order to increase patient satisfaction which will lead to a comprehensive quality of hospital services.

Abstract

Hand washing has health benefits, namely it can reduce the number of microorganisms, reduce germs found on dirty hands, so as to reduce the occurrence of infection. The goal of health education is to change people's or society's behavior from unhealthy behavior to healthy behavior. To change one's behavior can be done by teaching and learning. The role of nurses as educators can be done by helping clients to increase health knowledge. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education about hand washing on the level of knowledge and hand washing behavior of the patient's family at the Mukomuko Regional General Hospital in 2022. The design in this study used a Quasy Experimental One-group pre-post test design method. Sampling used purposive sampling technique, the number of respondents was 26 patients' families who were in the internal medicine inpatient room at the Mukomuko Regional General Hospital. The independent variable in this study is the Influence of Health Education about hand washing while the dependent variable is knowledge and behavior of hand washing. Statistical tests in this study used the paired t-test. The results showed that there was an effect of health education on hand washing on the level of knowledge and hand washing behavior of the patient's family with a p value of 0.000 < α = 0.05. It is expected that nurses have a role in continuing to remind patients and families to practice hand washing behavior. Educational activities can increase the knowledge of the patient's family, which will lead to attitudes and ultimately foster individual or group behavior based on individual awareness and willingness to perform the six stages of hand washing.

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of counseling with video media on parents' knowledge in preventing diarrhea at the Lubuk Sanai Health Center, Mukomuko Regency in 2022. This research is a research using a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest one group design approach. The study population consisted of all 191 patients with diarrhea, the sample was 30 patients. The sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling. Data analysis techniques using the Dependent T Test. The results of this study show that there are differences before and after counseling with video media, namely the mean before 37 and the mean after 82.33 and the p-value is 0.00, it can be concluded that there is an effect of providing video education on parental knowledge on preventing diarrhea in toddlers at the Lubuk Sanai Health Center, Mukomuko Regency in 2022. Suggestions in this study are expected for researchers who are expected to be able to use other research variables that are more specific by looking at the influence of variables such as work, age and experience of the mother and increasing the number of samples. The design of this study used a descriptive corelational cross sectional method. Sampling used purposive sampling technique, the number of respondents was 54 elderly people with a diagnosis of hypertension. The independent variables in this study are self-efficacy and motivation and the dependent variable is blood pressure. Statistical tests in this study used the chi square test. The results obtained showed that there was a relationship between self-efficacy and motivation to prevent complications with the degree of hypertension in the elderly in the Working Area of the Mukomuko City Health Center with a p value of 0.000 <α = 0.05. This research is useful for the community, especially the elderly with hypertension in order to be able to add insight and information about self-efficacy and motivation to prevent complications in order to control blood pressure.

Abstract

Intoduction: Hypertension is blood pressure per system where the systolic pressure is> 140 mmHg and the diastolic is> 90 mmHg. High blood pressure or hypertension is a medical condition in which there is a chronic (long term) increase in blood pressure. Patients who have at least three blood pressure readings that exceed 140/90 mmHg at rest are considered to have high blood pressure. Constantly high blood pressure is a risk factor for stroke, heart attack, heart failure and arterial aneurysm, and is a leading cause of chronic heart failure. The purpose of this case study is to apply Jean Watson's theory and be able to understand and apply nursing care in the provision of deep breathing relaxation in hypertensive patients with the application of Jean Watson's Model Theory. As well as being able to implement, evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of Giving Deep Breathing Relaxation to Hypertension Patients With the Application of Jean Watson's Model Theory at the M Thaha Health Center in 2022 The method of this case study research is to use a method that is the nursing process approach based on the selected nursing theory, the technique used in data collection is by interview, observation, physical examination and carrying out nursing care. Sources of data obtained or used are primary which are obtained directly from patients and secondary data obtained from families, health workers and documentation from other examination results to carry out nursing care, while library research is studying source books related to nursing care given to patients. Patient. The results of nursing care for hypertensive patients with the application of Jean Watson's model theory at the Thaha Health Center with nursing actions providing deep breathing relaxation are very effective in hypertensive patients. Jean Watson's theory can be applied and well applied in the treatment of hypertensive patients focusing on cases.
