The purpose of this study is to examine the concept of learning a local Acehnese politeness agreement as a strategy to support business success in the Pidie community. The phenomenon of politeness in the economic interactions of the Acehnese community, particularly in Pidie, shows a communication pattern that prioritizes customary norms, Islamic law, and local cultural values. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, and literature studies. The results show that the politeness agreement improves social relations between traders and buyers. This learning incorporates local Acehnese values such as peumulia jamee (honoring guests), deliberation, and fairness in transactions. Therefore, politeness is an important tool for creating a safe, moral, and sustainable business environment. The results of the study indicate that the agreement on politeness in language improves social relations between traders and buyers, but also increases trust, loyalty, and customer satisfaction. This learning concept integrates local Acehnese values, such as the attitude of peumulia jamee (honoring guests), deliberation, and fairness in transactions. Thus, politeness in language becomes an important instrument in building a harmonious, ethical, and sustainable business climate. The implications of this study confirm that the learning of politeness based on local Acehnese is relevant for implementation in the Indonesian language curriculum and entrepreneurship training programs, so that it can improve the quality of business interactions and encourage economic growth in the Pidie community with more dignity
