This community service program aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of farmer groups in Lantouwa Village, North Rarowatu District, Bombana Regency, in utilizing organic waste as a raw material for eco-enzyme production to support sustainable oil palm cultivation. The main problems faced by the partner community included predominant reliance on inorganic fertilizers, limited utilization of organic waste, and insufficient technical skills in producing and applying eco-enzymes. The activities were conducted through socialization, educational sessions, interactive discussions, practical training, mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. Eco-enzymes were produced using organic waste, brown sugar or molasses, and water at a ratio of 3:1:10, followed by fermentation for approximately 90 days. The evaluation results indicated a 100% increase in participants’ knowledge and skills, accompanied by active involvement throughout the activities. This program has the potential to promote waste processing into useful products while strengthening the implementation of more environmentally friendly oil palm cultivation practices.
