This study aims to describe the levels of self-efficacy and problem-solving ability of fifth-grade students in Pancasila Education and to examine the relationship between the two variables. A quantitative non-interventional correlational design was applied at SDN 1 Panembahan, Cirebon Regency, using saturated sampling of class V-B; data from the 39 students present were analyzed. Self-efficacy was measured with an 18-item Likert questionnaire and problem-solving ability with a 12-item case-based essay test, both expert-validated and reliable. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson product-moment correlation. Most students showed moderate self-efficacy (69.2%) and moderate problem-solving ability (61.5%). A significant positive relationship of moderate strength was found (r = 0.501, p = 0.001). The findings are limited to one class and do not indicate causality. Teachers are encouraged to strengthen self-efficacy through gradual tasks and positive feedback.
