The implementation of the post-flood disaster response and recovery program in Aceh Singkil Regency aims to meet the basic needs of the community during the emergency response period and to build social, health, and economic resilience in an integrated manner. The emergency response and post-flood disaster recovery program for the restoration of housing, clean water, health, and the economy of the Aceh Singkil Regency community was implemented as a rapid response from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology. Teuku Umar University is the only campus in the southwestern region of Aceh to distribute aid to flood victims. This program is carried out in three stages: the needs assessment stage, the aid distribution stage, and the final program completion stage. The aid distributed consists of household equipment, educational and health needs, as well as basic necessities, clean water, and religious equipment.
