Duck farming is one of the rural community's economic potentials that has not been optimally utilized, particularly in Taba Pasmah Village, Central Bengkulu Regency. This community service activity aims to describe the strategies and outcomes of feed and maintenance-management training as an effort to empower the local community's economy. The method used was a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques directed at duck-farmer group activities. The results show that training in producing alternative feed from local raw materials, combined with proper maintenance management, was able to reduce production costs, lower livestock mortality, and increase duck productivity. The activity also improved farmers' knowledge and skills, strengthened the joint business group, and opened opportunities to increase household income. In conclusion, the synergy between feed training and maintenance management proved effective as an economic empowerment strategy based on duck farming in Taba Pasmah Village.
