Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) and the quality of human resources (HR) on financial performance at the PPKBPPPA Office of Garut Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SIPD has a significant effect on financial performance with a regression coefficient of 0.652 and a significance of 0.000 (p <0.05). The quality of HR also has a significant effect with a regression coefficient of 0.578 and a significance of 0.001 (p <0.05). Simultaneously, both variables have a greater influence with an R-squared value of 0.765. This shows that improving financial performance does not only depend on the system, but also on the quality of HR. Therefore, a policy is needed that balances technological improvements and HR development so that financial management is more efficient, transparent, and accountable. This study has implications that improving financial performance in the local government environment does not only depend on the use of the latest technology systems, but also on the quality of HR running the system. Therefore, a policy is needed that is oriented towards a balance between strengthening technological infrastructure and increasing employee capacity, so that the implementation of SIPD can run more optimally and contribute to more accountable and transparent financial governance.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of cost information and energy efficiency in sustainable new product development. With a 2x2 factorial experimental design, the study involved Accounting students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Data were collected through experimental tasks based on the type of cost information and the level of energy efficiency. The ANOVA results showed that energy efficiency had a significant effect on green product design, while cost information had no direct effect. These findings emphasize the importance of energy efficiency in product development for sustainability. Green products can reduce production costs, minimize waste, and increase competitiveness. The application of green technology also attracts investment, creates jobs, and supports industrial innovation. In addition, compliance with environmental regulations strengthens sustainable economic growth and improves people's quality of life. Thus, this study contributes to encouraging business practices that support sustainability and industrial innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Information and Communication Technology (ICT)’s skills for Students with Learning Disabilities (SLD) in Malaysia and Ukraine. The methodology used in this study is based on the Universal Learning Design implementation, which involved research design that consists of three phases: Preparation, Integration and Assessment. The Preparation and Integration Phases are the stages for designing ICT activities and practicing digital skills. While the Assessment Phase is the phase to determine the usability of ICT for SLD. The findings of the study show that the Preparation and Integration Phases study are the most effective types of activities for digital skills development. It is obtained from the opinion of the experts in ICT related to learning content ranging from simple to complex with a defuzzification value of 0.939. The results of the Assessment Phase show that SLD can develop their ICT’s skills by using videos related to real situations. It also provides SLD with activities that can build a communication network between them and public and private institutions. All these activities were provided to stimulate and motivate them to work hard to achieve the desired goals, which are to meet the needs of SLD and known as “ICT skills”.

Abstract

A computerized (digital) village is one of the key initiatives introduced by public authorities to support the sustainable development of rural areas across the Republic of Indonesia. One of the primary objectives of a Digital Village is to disseminate information rapidly, accurately, and efficiently to local communities while promoting transparency and public participation. Sibetan Village is among those committed to becoming a digital village through the integration of information and communication technologies into its governance systems. However, in developing a local complaints website, the testing process must strictly adhere to the village’s expected quality standards to ensure usability, reliability, and effectiveness. Villages are widely encouraged to leverage data-driven innovations to enhance administrative processes, improve public service delivery, and foster inclusive community engagement. In Sibetan, one such initiative is the development of a web-based Regional Complaints Information System, designed to facilitate the submission of inquiries and complaints from the public, enabling faster responses by village authorities. The system was designed using the Waterfall method to accommodate user requirements. The outcome of this research is the user interface design of the Sibetan Village community complaints website.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse and design an information system based on the E-IM3 model using the Object-Oriented Design (OOD) approach to support the digital learning and decision-making process, especially for students with slow learning needs. The E-IM3 model, which consists of the stages of Identifying Problems, Building Ideas, Clarifying Ideas, and Assessing the Feasibility of Ideas, serves as a foundation to foster students' critical and reflective thinking. In Indonesian, E-IM3 is electronic based Identifikasi masalah, Membangun ide, Mengklarifikasi ide, dan Menilai kewajaran ide. Utilizing the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), this research applies Object Oriented Analysis (OOA) and OOD to translate pedagogical needs into a technically robust system. The system design involves UML modelling elements starting from activity diagrams to user interfaces. Each component of the system was organized into boundary, control, and entity classes, reflecting a modular, maintainable, and user-cantered design. The user interface was developed to be intuitive and inclusive, facilitating gradual student engagement in decision-making tasks. The results show that the E-IM3 based system effectively supports personalized learning pathways and encourages high-level cognitive engagement through technology integration. This research contributes to the development of adaptive educational technologies aligned with technical and pedagogical standards in the digital age.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of information technology development, business innovation, and local wisdom-based organizational models on the performance of MSMEs in Kuningan Regency. MSMEs have a strategic role in Indonesia's economic development, especially in terms of contribution to GDP and employment. However, challenges such as low digital literacy, limited infrastructure and minimal use of technology often hinder the competitiveness of MSMEs. In this context, the integration of modern technology with local wisdom is a relevant approach to improving the performance of MSMEs. This research uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to analyze the relationship between the variables studied. The research results show that business innovation has a significant influence on organizational models, while information technology development does not have a significant influence on organizational models or MSME performance. On the other hand, an organizational model based on local wisdom has been proven to significantly improve the performance of MSMEs. It is hoped that this research can provide practical and theoretical contributions, especially in supporting the development of competitive and sustainable MSMEs through the application of information technology, innovation based on local wisdom, and adaptive organizational models. Strategic recommendations include increasing digital literacy, business innovation training, and strengthening collaboration between MSMEs and other stakeholders. Keywords: Information Technology, Business Innovation, Organizational Model, MSME Performance
