ABSTRAK, Penelitian ini berjudul Peranan Public Relations PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Aceh Memanfaatkan Media Sosial Dalam Menyampaikan Informasi Kepada Masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peranan Public Relations PT. PLN Wilayah Aceh dalam memanfaatkan media sosial. Teori yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini teori New Media. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposif, dimana peneliti menetapkan sejumlah kriteria untuk pemilihan subjek atau informan berdasarkan tujuan penelitian, yaitu informan seorang Public Relations PT. PLN Persero Wilayah Aceh dan Informan Pendukung yang peneliti pilih dari masyarakat. Hasil dari penelitian ini, Public Relations PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Aceh sudah memanfaatkan media sosial Facebook dan Instagram sebagai media untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat, namun dalam peranan yang dilakukan oleh Public Relations PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Aceh masih sedikit dampak berarti kepada masyarakat, karena setiap informasi yang disampaikan belum maksimal dalam menjangkau kebutuhan masyarakat mengenai keterbukaan informasi publik dalam permasalahan listrik.Kata kunci : Peranan Public Relations, Media Sosial, Teori New Media The Role of Public Relations of PT. PLN (Persero) Region of Aceh Utilizing Social Media In Delivering Information To The SocietyABSTRACT, The title of this research is The Role of Public Relations of PT. PLN (Persero) Region of Aceh Utilizing Social Media In Delivering Information To The Society. The purpose of this research is to discover the role of Public Relations of PT. PLN Region of Aceh in utilizing social media. The theory used in this thesis is the New Media Theory. The approach methodology used is the descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through an interview, observation, and documentation. The selection of informants is using purposive techniques, where the researcher set a number of criteria for the selection of subjects or informants based on research objectives, specifically the informants of Public Relations officers of PT. PLN Persero Region of Aceh and supporting Informants who are selected by the researcher from the society. The result of this research, The Public Relations PT. PLN (Persero) Region of Aceh has been using the social media of Facebook and Instagram as a medium to deliver the information to the public but in a role of The Public Relations of PT. PLN (Persero) Region of Aceh not yet brought maximum impact to the community, because each information submitted has not been maximized in reaching the public needs of public information disclosure in electrical problems.Keywords: Public Relations Role, Social Media, Theory New Media.

Gunung Halimun National Park is known to be the area of headwaters of a number of rivers/streams originate. However,there is no information about the fishes living in these rivers systems. In this regard, a series of ichthyofauna study was conducted from 1996 to 2002 in Cikaniki, Cimaja/Cisarua, Cisukawayana, Ciberang, Cidurian and Cibareno that covered 94 sampling stations. Method that was used was Catch Per Unit of effort (CPU) where electric fishing gear (and) cast net, trap were used.Forty fish species belonging to 16 families and 26 genera have been found. Gobiidae, the diadromous fishes, was dominant, comprising 14 species or 35 %, followed by Cyprinidae comprising 5 species or 12.5 %.These Gobioid fishes were derived from Cisukawayana, Cimaja, and Cibareno River, where these rivers flow south to the Indian Ocean. It was found that Paray, Rasbora aprotaenia; Beunteur, Puntius binotatus; Bogo, Channa gachua; Lele, Clarias batrachus; Kehkel, Glyptothorax platypogon; Soro, Tor tambra; Bungkreng/ Ikan Seribu Poecilia reticulata and Paris, Xiphoporus helleri were found in common in rivers flowing north and south, and Lentipes as well as Schismatogobius marmoratus extend their range to Java (new record for Java). The utilization of fishes for food by local people is presented including Gobioid fishes, which are at the juvenile stage (called as impun) are utilized as a part of their food source.

Sampel 163Aparatur Perangkat Desa Sub Bagian/Tata Kelola Keuangan yang ada di Kabupaten Madiun.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan perhitungan skala Likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, ujireliabilitas, uji normalitas data, uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolonieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi). Sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dengan perhitungan statistik regresi linier menggunakan rumus AIS = α + β Kompetensi + eHasil pengujian menunjukkan, bahwa Kompetensi Aparatur Pemerintah Desa tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapPemanfaatan/Penggunaan TeknologiAccounting Information System(AIS) pada Desa-Desa di Kabupaten Madiun.

This research aims at exploring the effect of organizational culture, especially clan culture, toward the success of information system implementation. A conceptual model of information system success had been developed by integrating DeLone-McLean model, technology acceptance model (TAM), unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). Competing values model (CVM) is being used for organizational model, as such the assessment for organizational culture is using organizational culture assessment instrument (OCAI). To test the proposed conceptual model, empirical study was conducted at a IT-based company using questionnaire and gave the total of 319 usable data samples. The data analysis is using SmartPLS3 due to the abnormality of data distribution. The OCAI assessment shows that the company has a tendency toward clan culture which is quite unexpected for an IT-based company. However, further analysis shows that the company has successfully mixed clan culture with the less-dominant types of culture to create a conducive culture for the success of information system implementation. This study sheds light on IT implementation for business organizations especially the ones which have clan culture as a dominant culture embedded in their organizations.

Albacore (Thunnus alalunga - ALB) catch was the second highest tuna landed at Benoa Fishing Port and they are mostly landed as frozen bycatch. This paper attempts to provide information on ALB catch and effort trends by Benoa based longline vessels collected by the Benoa Port-based Catch Monitoring and Scientific Observer Programs. The ALB catch landed at the Benoa Fishing Port in 2010 was estimated by the Research Institute for Tuna Fisheries (RITF) to be about 983.14 tons, whereas based on the Indonesian Tuna Long Line Association (ATLI), ALB catch landed at Benoa Fishing Port in 2010 amounted of 2,715.42 tons. This discrepancy was due to sampling for frozen catch (including ALB) could not be conducted in some companies and also there was one company that sell their catch direct to the collector. The observed longline sets were concentrated within the area between 10° - 20°S and 105° - 120°E. Since 2008, the observed setting positions have never extended to south of 20°S. The higher catch rates of ALB were in area south of 15°S.

Nilai Kinerja Dosen (NKD) system in higher education institutions can help managers to monitor the teacher learning activity periodically . The information generated by NKD system is limited with statistical data only and with text content only. This study observed the data output from the NKD system can be processed into more valuable information and have good information visualization. One part of this research is develop a dashboard information prototype with data-centric approach. The selection of data-centric approach for quantity and variety factors of data that are found can be visualized. This study found that interactivity and analytical factors in NKD dashboard information not quite satisfy users who are top level.

Music is an integral part in human life nowadays. Musical instruments that is being used commonly by the musician is piano. The piano is used because of its widest range of musical notes compared to other musical instruments, and those enable musician to compose musical notes with a piano. In general, there is one obstacle that prevents musician to have a piano, and that is the expensive price of a piano.On this Final Assignment, there is a java based piano composer applet that runs on the web platform to provide an easier way to play a piano and music composition online. With this application, the user only need to compose the musical score, then the application itself will process it into a MIDI formatted file.Based on the survey held with some musicians, can be concluded that the piano composer application can be used by the user to play piano and to compose musical notes very well.

Davit Irawan, Perancangan Sistem Pemetaan Lokasi Fasilitas Umum Berbasis Geographic Information System dan Location Based Service Pada Kota Lubuklinggau. Ketika Penulis melakukan penelitian terhadap Pemetaan Lokasi Fasilitas Umum pada Kota Lubuklinggau, penulis mendapati bahwa Fasilitas-Fasilitas tersebut tidak menyediakan layanan Informasi melalui internet atau Online. Fasilitas tersebut hanya bisa Didatangi dan mendapat informasi dari Lokasi Fasilitas itu saja. Metode yang digunakan dalam Perancangan sistem Pemetaan Lokasi Fasilitas umum pada Kota Lubuklinggau ini, serta untuk mengetahui sistem yang sedang berjalan, menggunakan pendekatan terstruktur, dengan menggunakan alat bantu seperti UML, Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram dan Class Diagram, sedangkan untuk metode pengembangan sistemnya menggunakan Metode Prototype. Perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan adalah Wamp, Macromedia Dreamweaver CS3, dan database MySql sebagai pembangun serta dokumentasi program dan laporan.Dengan adanya sistem Berbasis Web ini, yang sudah terkoneksi dengan internet, tentunya akan sangat mempermudah Masyarakat baik dari Luar atau dalam Wilayah Lubuklinggau Mengetahui Temapat yang akan Mereka tuju dengan Mudah.

Abstract: Pessimism and attitudes that consider themselves weak and does not have the ability when facing a problem will make individual impediment in the task of development. Problems confidence that underlies the research are: a) Students are less confident in the ability it has, b) Students feel pessimistic when faced with an issue, c) Student perception subjectively, d) Students still do not do the work independently, and e) negative minded students with a state-owned. The problems of this study are whether there is an influence of information services using the medium of film to the confidence of eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 8 Metro. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of information services using the medium of film to the self-confidence of students in class VIII SMP Negeri 8 Metro. Subject participant is graders VIII-E total 30 students. Data were collected by questionnaire self-confidence and analyzed the data used is the t-test. The results of this study, shown by the difference in change scores of confidence from the pre-test and post-test of 17.1. Testing the hypothesis obtained calculation results thitung6,036> table = 1.699. The conclusion is that the information services implemented using the film medium can be a positive influence on self-esteem, especially students of class VIII. The advice given is to use the medium of film should be done intensively and more creative by BK teachers in giving information service.Keywords: Confidence, Service Information Using Media Film.
