Abstract

Perkuliahan adalah proses interaksi mahasiswa dan dosen dengan sumber belajar di lingkungan belajar, namun pada pelaksanannya perlu dikontrol dan dimonitoring untuk mengukur kualitas capaian pembelajarannya. Proses kontrol pelaksanaan perkuliahan di Fakultas Teknik dan Sains telah didukung oleh sistem informasi akademik dan keuangan (SIAK), namun fungsi dan fasilitas aplikasinya belum mengakomodir secara detil untuk kebutuhan dalam kontrol dan monitoring perkuliahan di program studi. Oleh karenanya tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem informasi kontrol dan monitoring perkuliahan, yang terintegrasi dengan sistem informasi akademik dan kuangan yang sudah terimplementasi. Metode pengembangan sistem informasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode prototype dan untuk pengujian digunakan metode black box. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah didapatkan analisa dan perancangan sistem yang akan dikembangkan sekaligus pengujian, berupa: proses bisnis, diagram konteks, diagram usecase, diagram aktivitas, perancangan database, aplikasi sistem kontrol perkulihan, dan hasil pengujian black box terhadap setiap fungsi modul yang dihasilkan telah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a new type of virus that was discovered in Wuhan, Hubei, China, in 2019. The new kind of virus was given the name coronavirus disease-2019, shortened to Covid-19. WHO declared this virus a pandemic on March 11, 2020. Various parties tried to in the prevention and control of COVID-19. However, the number of references offered and the variance of a policy in a study create problems again. People are confused to understand what efforts are suitable or recommended with trustworthy truths. Hence, this study uses Systematic Literature Reviews to find the most recommended efforts with reliable study sources, namely the Scopus journal and Google Scholar. The results of this study provide recommendations to the public about the efforts to prevent Covid-19, to reduce the spread of Covid-19, especially in Indonesia. 125 relevant journals were successfully reviewed, resulting in 37 Covid-19 prevention efforts. Based on the ranking method, 10 efforts are widely recommended in journals, namely: Social distancing, Quarantine/lockdown/LSSR (Large-scale social restrictions), WFH (Work From Home), Washing hands, Self-isolation, Wearing masks, Using handsanitizer, Spraying disinfectants, Maintaining immunity, and Not touch the face. The exciting thing that was also found in the research was that there were efforts that were not only built based on medical science but were also associated with beliefs such as Sawen Installation and Religious Ceremonies. Keywords: Covid-19; SLR; prevention of Covid-19. AbstrakCovid-19 merupakan virus jenis baru yang ditemukan di Wuhan, Hubei, China pada tahun 2019, virus ini diberi nama corona virus disease-2019 yang disingkat menjadi Covid-19, WHO (World Health Organization) menyatakan virus ini sebagai suatu pandemi pada 11 Maret 2020. Berbagai pihak berupaya dalam pencegahan dan penanggulangan Covid-19. Namun banyaknya referensi yang ditawarkan dan ketidak selarasan suatu kebijakkan dalam suatu studi, membuat permasalahan kembali di mana masyarakat bingung untuk mengerti upaya apa saja yang baik atau direkomendasikan dengan kebenaran yang dapat dipercaya.  Untuk menangani masalah tersebut maka dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Systematic Literature Reviews untuk mencari upaya yang paling banyak direkomendasikan dengan sumber studi yang terpercaya, yaitu jurnal Scopus dan Google Scholar. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada masyarakat tentang apa saja upaya pencegahan Covid-19, untuk mengurangi penyebaran Covid-19 khususnya di Indonesia. 125 jurnal yang relevan berhasil direview, menghasilkan 37 Upaya pencegahan Covid-19. Berdasarkan metode pemeringkatan mendapatkan 10 upaya yang banyak direkomendasi dalam jurnal, yaitu: Social distancing, Karantina/lockdown/PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar), WFH (Work From Home), Mencuci tangan, Isolasi diri, Memakai masker, Memakai handsanitizer, Menyemprotkan disenfektan, Menjaga imun, dan Tidak menyentuh wajah. Hal menarik yang didapatkan juga dalam penelitian ternyata terdapat upaya yang tidak hanya dibangun berdasarkan ilmu medis, namun juga dikaitkan dengan kepercayaan seperti, Pemasangan Sawen dan Upacara Keagamaan.

Abstract

Web server clusters require a reliable network management for increasing the quality of service (QoS). A load balancer system installed in a software-defined network (SDN) is one method that can improve the performance and availability of web server services. SDN is a dynamic and a programmable network management approach, and one protocol that supports it is OpenFlow. This research aims to design and analyse a model of a load balancer on OpenFlow networks, implementing a Weighted Round Robin (WRR) algorithm. The analysis process is conducted by measuring the value of a QoS web server performance parameters, such as response time, throughput, HTTP success, and loss connection. The results showed the WRR algorithm can be implemented for balancing a network system with dynamic resource allocation. The weight workload of each service can be obtained from the needs and existing network resources. The performance of a load balancer on an OpenFlow network is 57% better than in a traditional one for testing of response time conducted in a high connection. However, the throughput and HTTP success connection decreased by 2% and 10%, respectively, while HTTP loss connection increased by 49%.

Abstract

UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) pada daerah terpencil masih banyak yang tidak melakukan pembukuan terkhususnya di daerah Desa Pondok Udik Kecamatan Kemang Kabupaten Bogor, para UMKM menganggap bahwa melakukan pencatatan pembukuan sulit, memakan waktu dan tidak terlalu penting hal ini dikarenakan pehamahaman akan pembukuan UMKM masih sangat minim. Maka solusi dari permasalahan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembukuan sederhana UMKM. Tujuan dari kegiatan PkM (pengabdian kepada masyarakat) ini adalah agar para UMKM dapat membuat laporan keuangan yang sederhana berbasis digital menggunakan handphone dengan aplikasi “BukuWarung”, dengan adanya laporan keuangan dapat mengetahui keuntungan, yang nantinya dapat digunakan untuk syarat pengajuan kredit atau sebagai pengambilan keputusan. Hasil dari PkM ini didapat evaluasi umpan balik yang sangat baik di mana hasil kuisioner menunjukkan nilai 100 untuk semua indikator.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pandemi Covid-19 memiliki dampak yang sangat luas, salah satunya pada bidang pendidikan. Pembelajaran mengalami perubahan bentuk operasional yang digeneralisasi melalui kebijakan, yaitu instruksi social distancing hingga pembelajaran di rumah. Masyarakat perlu segera beradaptasi untuk memahami aplikasi e-learning, terutama untuk siswa SD dan SMP. Maka kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada siswa SD dan SMP terkait e-learning google classroom dan google meet. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di kampung Babakan Tengah Rt 03 Rw 02 Desa Cilebut Barat Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Bogor. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari focus group discussion, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini para siswa mampu memanfaatkan penggunaan teknologi dengan baik dengan peningkatan pemahaman penggunaan e-learning dengan tingkat pemahaman sebesar 100%.Abstract:  The Covid-19 pandemic has had a comprehensive impact, one of which is on education. Learning has changed for generalized operations through policies, namely social distancing instructions to learning at home. The community needs to adapt immediately to understand e-learning applications, especially for elementary and junior high school students. Hence, this community service aims to provide training for elementary and junior high school students related to e-learning google classroom and google meet. This community service activity was carried out in Babakan Tengah village Rt 03 Rw 02 West Cilebut Village, Sukaraja District, Bogor Regency. The method of implementing the activities consists of focus group discussions, training, and mentoring. The results of this community service are students can take advantage of the use of technology by increasing their understanding of the use of e-learning with an understanding level of 100%.

Abstract

The performance appraisal system is a system to evaluate all resources whether those resources have run following the standards set by management in achieving its objectives. But the need for a mechanism that can facilitate the process of evaluating the performance of educators, and the results of the performance appraisal need to be recorded on an information technology system so that the process of evaluating the performance of educators can be processed quickly and objectively is still an obstacle. The purpose of this study is to obtain an application system design assessment of the performance of educators. The waterfall is a method used in system development. The 360-degree method and k-nearest neighbour are used as models to calculate the performance appraisal of the teaching staff. Sources of data in this study include Questionnaire, DP3 (Daftar penilaian pelaksanaan pekerjaan pegawai). The results of this study are the application of the teacher performance appraisal system has met the feasibility based on black box testing and can assess the performance of educators quickly and objectively.

Abstract

The lecturer performance appraisal system functions to measure and evaluate the performance of the lecturers in a certain period of time. The purpose of this study is to apply the 360-degree and machine learning algorithm using the K-NN (k-nearest neighbour) method to model the lecturer performance appraisal system to be more objective and accountable. DP3 is List of Appraisal of Employee Work Implementation. DP3 data is used as knowledge datasets to be used as training data and test data for the classification process and prediction of lecturer performance values. The results obtained show the 360-degree method and K-NN is able to predict with 90% accuracy right on knowledge datasets that have not been normalized and K = 5 values. Hence, this model can then be used to become a lecturer performance appraisal system application.

Abstract

The Gunung Sindur Public health centre in its work area handles several villages, each of which has a number of Posyandu cadres in the village. Posyandu activities in addition to providing information about health, also facilitate the community in obtaining health services for mothers, infants and toddlers. In this activity, each village midwife must make a monthly report that is recorded in the cohort book to produce an evaluation as a reference to follow up the performance development activities, and the PWS-KIA calculation process is still done using conventional counting tools that are reported to the Puskesmas coordinator midwife and after it was reported to the Bogor District Health Office as a monitoring target and target for mothers and children so that in the storage of the MCH reporting archives it appeared to be poorly documented. Therefore, this research analyzes and develops a reporting information system to make it easier for coordinating midwives and village midwives to calculate monitoring indicators and document them. The research method for system development uses the waterfall method which consists of analysis, design, programming, and testing. The results of this study developed a web-based KIA indicator information system in the Gunung Sindur Bogor Puskesmas, input data will be processed automatically and presented quickly and neatly in the form of tables and graphs.

Abstract

The use of masks is one of the health protocols for the community in public places and facilities in the context of preventing and controlling Covid-19. The covid-19 pandemic around the world has encouraged decision makers and various elements of society to take part in various fields and contribute to suppressing the spread of covid-19. Machine learning and computer vision are one of the branches of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and can be developed in various image recognition. In this study, a machine learning Application Program Interface (API) was used, namely Tensorflow and the pre-trained CNN model, and the Raspberry Pi, which is a mobile device as a system for detecting masks. The analysis was conducted to determine the accuracy, precision and recall (sensitivity) of the results of system implementation. The implementation results show that the use of transfer learning and fine-tuning is sufficient to help the model training process. When the model is run on the Raspberry Pi device, an accuracy percentage of 96% is produced on testing with image file input and 91% on testing with video input (realtime), 100% precision on testing with image file input and 80% on testing with video input (realtime) ). In the true positive rate (recall) performance, it was found 92% on tests with image file input and 100% on tests with video input (realtime). However, in this study, there are still type I errors in testing with video input (realtime) and type II errors in testing with image file input. In the future, it is hoped that there will be improvements and developments from this research by improving the quality of the dataset and using higher computational resources.
