Medical informatics as a basic medical science that participates in formal medical decision-making processes is integrated with the formation of medical databases and administrative data with features of automating work process technology in health care institutions. This study aims to analyze and find out the analysis of the application of health information systems to health insurance payments. This research is a literature review sourced from several online sites such as Google Scholar, Pubmed, and Refseek by including keywords “Pharmaceutical Preparations”, “Support”, “National Health System”. The inclusion criterion used was the implementation of a health information system for payment of health insurance using the PRISMA plot diagram. The results of this study found that the implementation of health information systems for health insurance payments in health facilities is still not optimal. Many factors have affected the overall operation of the system, where the quality and quantity of human resources in handling health information systems is still lacking, the lack of facilitating facilities and infrastructure sometimes still causes disruptions and requires improvement

Abstract

This study provides exploratory insight into how Generation Z users search for travel information on TikTok, interpreted through the lens of the Uses and Gratifications Theory (UGT). Using a qualitative phenomenological design, data were gathered through in-depth interviews with five female respondents aged 20–29 from major Indonesian cities. Thematic analysis with NVivo 15 identified four interconnected gratification dimensions: affective gratification, social gratification, cognitive-credibility gratification, and cognitive-efficiency gratification. These findings reveal that TikTok functions not merely as an entertainment platform but as an algorithmically mediated information ecosystem that blends emotion, trust, and efficiency in digital discovery. From a theoretical perspective, the study contributes to the contextual application of UGT by introducing the exploratory concept of Algorithmically Mediated Gratification (AMG). Practically, the findings offer actionable insights for business owners and tourism marketers by designing authentic, visually compelling, and interactive short-form content, collaborating with credible micro-influencers, and maintaining consistency across digital platforms to enhance user trust and engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the quality of information literacy instruments as seen from the aspects of validity, reliability, and difficulty level of questions. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. Data were obtained through documentation method in the form of 22 items of multiple choice questions with four answer options and tested on 224 students majoring in teacher education in a university. The data were analyzed using the classical test theory approach and Rasch model with JMetric software. Validity was assessed by content validity which relies on the use of a panel of experts to evaluate the elements of the instrument and rate them based on their relevance and representativeness to the content domain. To measure the experts' judgment, several indices have been discussed in this paper such as content validity ratio (CVR) and content validity index (CVI). From the CVR results, it is known that 20 questions are valid and 2 questions are considered invalid. From the results of the CVR value, the CVI index of 0.935 was calculated. The reliability value using the KR-20 formula through the classical test theory approach is 0.740 in the sufficient category and the reliability value in the Rasch model is 0.720 (sufficient) for Person Reliability Item Reliability of 0.97 (high). The results of the analysis of the level of difficulty based on the Rasch model show that there are 2 items with difficulty levels (10%), 7 items with moderate difficulty (35%), and 11 items with easy difficulty (55%).

The results of this study indicate that the implementation of land registration activities through the application of Information Technology in the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of South Sulawesi Province was implemented on Law of Information and Electronic Transactions. In addition, related to the implementation of technology utilization, of course, there are problems that are present, one of which is external factors in land registration, community factors are very influential on the smooth process of land registration activities. Without community support, community activities will not run effectively. And internal factors sociologically, every law enforcer has a position and role. The position is a container in which certain rights and obligations are contained. This is because there are still employees who do not understand the national land management information system policy well. And it is also necessary to improve the quality of service by paying attention to supporting factors in making services easier and faster. And the need for additional human resources or recruitment of new employees who are able to apply Information Technology, the need to improve the quality of a better internet network and improve/update existing hardware and application software and improve KKP applications managed by the central BPN, and the need for counseling/understanding of land registration activities to the community.
