Abstract

This research aims to explore the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in science learning to enhance student creativity, focusing on analyzing electronic teaching materials used at the secondary education level. Through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach following PRISMA guidelines, this study identified and analyzed 32 scientific articles from Sinta, Scopus, and ScienceDirect databases relevant to the topic. The analysis showed that e-modules were the most widely used electronic teaching materials, with significant contributions to the improvement of 21st century skills, including creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration. This research also highlights the effectiveness of the project-based learning model in supporting students' creative skills development. By providing deep insight into the mechanisms of enhancing creativity through ICT integration in science learning, this study contributes to a better understanding of the role of technology in education and offers recommendations for more innovative teaching practices in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to implement Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) in the Kuningan University academic system. The security of information systems in the educational environment, especially in university academic systems, is becoming increasingly important considering the availability of sensitive data, such as student personal information and academic data which must be properly protected. Security threats such as cyber attacks are increasingly complex and can often be detrimental to both universities and system users. In this research, we apply SIEM as a solution to detect, prevent and respond to security threats to the Kuningan University academic system. The system development method is used with the steps of system requirements analysis, system design, system implementation, system testing, and system evaluation. The output of this research is an increase in the security level of Kuningan University's academic system. By implementing SIEM, the system is expected to be able to quickly and effectively detect potential security threats, improve response to security events, and provide reports that are useful for making decisions. Thus, it is hoped that the results of this research can make a significant contribution in improving security and data protection in the Kuningan University academic system, as well as becoming a reference for other educational institutions in maintaining increasingly complex information security defenses.

Abstract

UPTD PAB (Regional Technical Implementation Unit for Clean Water Supply) Taluk Kuantan is a specialized unit established to operate the drinking water supply system (SPAM - Drinking Water Supply System). However, the provision of these services is not yet supported by an effective service system, both in terms of time and security. Where each customer is required to physically visit the UPTD PAB Taluk Kuantan office to obtain official information regarding the availability of clean water, which is typically provided in written announcements. In case of any issues related to water supply, customers must either visit the office in person or directly contact the personnel through telephone. To address this issue, a information system is required that can receive customer reports and convey information to customers. Additionally, a medium is needed that can coordinate customer data, resulting in more effective reporting. The research methodology employed in this research is Research and Development. In this research, the outcome is a service website for UPTD PAB Taluk Kuantan, resulting in an information system capable of receiving customer reports and conveying information to customers. This system can subsequently coordinate customer data, leading to more effective report generation.

Abstract

Human resource is the executor of the various activities in an organization and have a very large role for the development of the organization. A organization has their own criteria in determining human resource qualification. The basic problem in the East Lombok Regency Health Office is how to spur employee performance to always improve. Excellent employees will contribute significantly to achieve the institution goals. This study aims to analyze and examine the factors influencing work productivity at the Health Office in East Lombok Regency. These factors include ASN competence, work environment and  work motivation. The research used the quantitative with regression analysis method. The data was collected using questionnaires distributed to all employess of Health Office. The sampling method used is census sampling technique with a total population of 35 employees. The data were analysed with IBM SPSS version 22 and analysis was carried out by several tests such as validity test, realibility test, classic assumption, linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that the partially, ASN competence, work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Simultaneously, ASN competence, work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on work productivity at the Health Office in East Lombok Regency. The findings can be reference for government in the regency area in order to improve employee performance that has a good impact on the quality of public services to the citizens.

Abstract

The research aims to find out the attractiveness of Ovo so that people use Ovo more than other digital wallets in payment transactions. The research uses a qualitative method, with triangulation of data sources, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Informants in the research are people who have knowledge in the topic under study. Data analysis is in the form of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that in the midst of a lot of competition, Ovo is aggressively conducting sales promotions in the form of cashback and vouchers so that consumers feel they get more benefits by using Ovo compared to other digital wallets. Ovo is superior because it has an easy feature in topping up the balance without additional administration fees that other digital wallets do not have. In addition, the attraction of Ovo is that it has a transfer feature to banks without additional administration fees. This is a favourite feature of Ovo users themselves. Currently, hundreds of merchants have partnered with Ovo. Ovo offers convenience in its features, making it easier for consumers to carry out their activities. More practical, faster and easier transactions. The presence of Ovo provides benefits such as shortening payment time, no need to carry or store large amounts of cash.

Abstract

The research aims to examine the impact of Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on the Financial Performance of Return on Assets (ROA) in Sharia Commercial Banks registered with the OJK during 2018-2022. The population in this research is Sharia Commercial Banks registered with the OJK during 2018-2022. A total of 60 data from 12 Sharia Commercial Banks registered with the OJK during 2018-2022, and this is the sample used in this research with sample selection using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing using the multiple regression analysis method which was tested using SPSS'26 software. The results of this research show that (1) Non-Performing Financing (NPF) does not statistically have a significant influence on profitability (ROA) in Sharia Commercial Banks registered with the OJK during 2018-2022. (2) Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) statistically has a significant influence on profitability (ROA) in Sharia Commercial Banks registered with the OJK during 2018-2022.

Abstract

The development of a Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of employee performance. This study focuses on designing and implementing an integrated HRMIS that automates various HR functions such as recruitment, attendance tracking, performance evaluation, and employee development. By leveraging advanced information technologies, the HRMIS provides real-time data and analytics, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning for HR managers. The system's user-friendly interface ensures ease of use and accessibility, promoting higher adoption rates among employees and management. Empirical data collected from case studies and surveys conducted within organizations demonstrate significant improvements in operational efficiency, reduced administrative burden, and enhanced employee satisfaction and productivity. The findings suggest that a well-implemented HRMIS can be a critical tool in optimizing human resource processes, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, and ultimately driving overall business performance. Future research should explore the integration of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning to further enhance the capabilities of HRMIS.

Abstract

In the era of Society 5.0, information security is an important issue along with the increasing use of technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and big data. ISO 27001 acts as a globally recognized standard framework for managing information security. The ISO 27001 standard provides a systematic framework for identifying, assessing, and managing information security risks so as to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of data in an organization. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of ISO 27001 as an information security solution in the Society 5.0 era through a systematic literature review. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this research collects and analyzes relevant literature to identify benefits, challenges, and recommendations related to the application of ISO 27001 in an era of increasingly integrated technology. The results showed that the implementation of ISO 27001 in the Society 5.0 era proved to make a significant contribution in improving organizational information security. This is done through a PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach that integrates information security policies into business processes, strengthens risk management, technology infrastructure, and human resource competencies. In conclusion, the implementation of ISO 27001 in the Society 5.0 era not only improves information security, but also supports the achievement of operational efficiency and organizational sustainability amid rapid technological developments.

Abstract

Religious values in science or providing religious morality to science. Mastery of science and technology is to improve skills in order to improve the quality of human life, while Sradha and Bhakti (faith and piety) are to increase moral values and wisdom. Therefore, touching on religious values that are based on divine teachings is very important. In this way, the goal of Hindu religious education which is in line with the goals of national education can be achieved, namely developing and increasing Sradha (faith) and Bhakti (devotion) of Hindus towards God Almighty/Ida Sanghyang Widhi Wasa through the appreciation and practice of Hindu religious teachings in order to become Hindu people. who is dharmika and able to realize "Moksartham Jagadhita". This research population consists of the UNHI academic community (lecturers, students and education staff). The sampling technique uses probability stratified random sampling with proportional allocation. Data was collected using questionnaires, and then analyzed using quantitative analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the results of the analysis, the results of this research show that Sradha and Bhakti have a significant effect on happiness, furthermore, the interaction between Information Technology Modernization and Sradha on Happiness Levels is not significant; The interaction between information technology modernization and devotion to the level of happiness is not significant, and information technology modernization has had a significant influence on human happiness.

Abstract

Current developments require all aspects of life, one of which is in the field of education, so that they can carry out transformational changes in the face of the industrial revolution 4.0. This situation is what made the government change the education system so that educators can improve their performance as teachers, including counseling teachers, so they can implement guidance and counseling services that are oriented towards the industrial revolution 4.0. This research aims to find out whether information services through audio-visual media can be effective in increasing understanding about education in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 among Mts Lab IKIP Al Washliyah Medan students. This type of research is quantitative research with the population being 60 students in class VIII MTs Lab IKIP Al Washliyah Medan. Sampling used a random sampling technique which received as many as 30 students. The data collection technique in this research used a questionnaire. The questionnaire used in this research is an educational questionnaire in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. with statistical data analysis. In this research, the data obtained shows that rcount is greater than rtable, namely 0.490 > 0.361 and has led to a better increase than before. This is known from the results of the t test which shows that tcount > ttable or 16.304 > 2.042. This shows that information services through audio-visual media can influence students' understanding of education in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0
