Abstract

Floods are natural events or phenomena that can cause environmental damage, loss of property, psychological effects, and death or casualties. One way to control flooding non-structurally is by mapping areas that are prone to flooding. This study builds a geographic-based information system to map flood-prone areas in Manado City using the K-Means Clustering algorithm. The main objective of this research is to identify and map areas with a high risk of flooding using spatial data. Slope, land cover type, soil type, water discharge (discharge), and rainfall are independent variables that will be used and processed using the K-Means Clustering algorithm. There are four clusters in the mapping results of flood-prone areas, namely: high vulnerability, medium vulnerability, low vulnerability, and not vulnerable. By using the K-Means method, the results obtained are Paal Dua and Wenang sub-districts are high-vulnerability groups, followed by Mapanget, Tuminting, and Singkil subdistricts with medium vulnerability groups. Tikala District is the only area with low vulnerability. Meanwhile, Bunaken, Sario, Wanea, and Malayayang sub-districts are areas that are not potentially prone to flooding.

Abstract

Law No. 14 of 2008 requires government transparency in providing public information access. The Sleman Regency Government implemented this mandate through the Lapor Sleman application, despite mixed user reviews among its 10,000+ downloaders. This research examines how this application enhances public information transparency using a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation. The study applies the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory with five constructs to analyze compliance with Information Commission Regulation No. 5/2016. Results demonstrate that Lapor Sleman successfully increases information transparency by meeting both TAM indicators and transparency requirements, evolving beyond a simple application into a multi-channel reporting service. The integration into Sleman Digital platform represents an innovative response to implementation challenges. This study contributes to e-government literature by analyzing the relationship between technological acceptance and public information transparency. To maximize Lapor Sleman's potential, the research suggests periodic evaluations, improved inter-agency coordination, expanded public education initiatives, and strategic integration with the national SP4N-LAPOR! platform. These recommendations provide a roadmap for strengthening Lapor Sleman as an inclusive, responsive technology-based public service model that can be adapted by other regional governments seeking to enhance transparency through digital platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to design a gamification-based Management Information System (MIS) interface to enhance the effectiveness and engagement of students during final project supervision. The research background is based on literature findings regarding the potential of gamification in education that can encourage motivation, participation, and transparency in the learning process. The research method used is Research through Design (RtD), emphasizing the integration of gamification elements into the MIS framework, including features for recording progress, awarding points, levels, and badges related to guidance activities. The research results is a student final project MIS interface that combines managerial functions with gamification-based motivational mechanisms. This system is expected to increase student engagement, provide more transparent monitoring for supervisors, and create a more attractive and interactive guidance ecosystem. The direction of further research is directed at the development of a complete MIS prototype, limited trials, and evaluation of effectiveness through case studies.

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa melalui model problem based learning berbantu information communication and technology siswa pada siswa kelas VIII E semester genap SMP Negeri 49 Jakarta tahun ajaran 2020-2021. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 34 orang siswa yang seluruhnya diteliti. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya nilai rata-rata ulangan semester genap sebelum diberikan tindakan dan rendahnya aktivitas siswa saat proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan awal sebelum tindakan rata-rata hasil belajar matematika siswa sebesar 69,471 dengan persentase pencapaian KKM 44,118%. Tes evaluasi pada tindakan siklus pertama diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 77,411 dengan persentase pencapaian kriteria ketuntasan minimal 67,647%. Pada tindakan siklus kedua diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 80,176 dengan persentase pencapaian kriteria ketuntasan minimal 82,353%. Hasil observasi aktivitas siswa pada siklus I mencapai persentase 45,2% dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 80,6%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa menggunakan model problem based learning berbantu ICT siswa dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII E semester genap SMP Negeri 49 Jakarta

Abstract

Risk management in hospitals must be implemented to minimize risks that threaten the occupational safety and health of hospital human resources, patients, patient companions and hospital visitors, Hospital management has difficulty in collecting information, delays in reporting, inaccurate and incomplete data, difficulty storing data, difficulty in accessing data and manual reporting and recording are some of the problems in the current risk management information system. The research objective is to develop a risk management information system to assist in reporting and recording risk management, work accidents, hazardous and toxic material inventory and occupational disease. The research method is qualitative with a research and development design, the information system development method uses the waterfall method with the stage needs analysis, system design, implementation system and verification system. the results of this study found that there are problems in collecting, tracking, analyzing and following up on decision making. Needs analysis to development of risk management information system with features that facilitate data input, speed up the report process start with the flow of occupational health safety responsible officer to making reports and verified by doctors and occupational health and safety committees, producing output risk management reports, work accident reports, hazardous and materials inventory reports and occupational illness reports. The conclusion of this study is that risk management information system has a positive impact on data processing related to safety and health so that the data is available to be used as a basis for decision making and determining OHS priorities in hospitals Keyword: Accident, Illness, Hazardous, Hospital, Toxic material

Abstract

One approach to strengthening the quality of human resources is to ensure that individuals have access to reliable reproductive health information, particularly by improving knowledge about contraception through innovative digital platforms. This study examined the effectiveness of digital health education delivered through the “LIFE CARE” platform in enhancing reproductive health knowledge related to contraceptive methods among current contraceptive users. The observation was carried out at the Karya Wanita Community Health Centre in Pekanbaru City from January to July 2024, involving 77 participants selected purposively from a total of 220 contraceptive users. A one-group pretest-posttest design was applied, and knowledge scores were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test with SPSS version 25 software. Results demonstrated a significant increase in knowledge after the intervention, with median scores rising from 75 (SD = 14.27) before the intervention to 95 (SD = 6.10) post-intervention (p < 0.001). These findings confirm that web-based educational interventions are effective in enhancing contraceptive knowledge and highlight their potential to strengthen family planning services and digital health education strategies at the primary healthcare level. Abstract

Kebijakan pemerintah dalam bidang kependudukan, memiliki implikasi yang tinggi terhadap pembangunan kesehatan, oleh karena itu program KB memiliki posisi strategis dalam upaya pengendalian laju pertumbuhan penduduk. Secara umum faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan PUS tidak menjadi peserta KB adalah pelayanan KB yang masih kurang berkualitas, keterbatasan alat  kontrasepsi,  penyampaian informasi media leaflet maupun KIE serta minimnya informasi yang didapat oleh PUS untuk mendapatkan informasi dalam pengambilan keputusan. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian KIE KB dengan Media Leaflet dalam pengambilan keputusan alat kontrasepsi IUD. Metode Penelitian menggunakan rancangan pra eksperimen dengan posttest only design. Populasi di Puskesmas Gunungpati Semarang sebanyak 1648, sampel 50 diambil dengan proportional cluster random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan uji Independen T Test dengan hasil sig 0.002 < 0,05 Hasil penelitian ada pengaruh pemberian KIE KB dengan media leaflet dalam pengambilan keputusan alat kontrasepsi IUD dengan hasil sig < 0,05 dan ada perbedaan pemberian KIE KB dengan media leaflet dalam pengambilan keputusan alat kontrasepsi IUD dengan hasil sig < 0,05 Kesimpulan bahwa KIE dengan media leaflet efektif untuk meningkatkan kemantapan dalam pengambilan keputusan alat kontrasepsi MKJP IUD pada PUS. Disarankan agar petugas kesehatan tetap memberikan KIE kepada PUS untuk meningkatkan kemantapannya dalam pengambilan keputusan alat kontrasepsi IUD.   Katakunci:  KIE, media leaflet, Pengambilan Keputusan, IUD

Abstract

Website banyak dimanfaatkan oleh instansi pemerintahan sebagai upaya digitalisasi informasi dan keterbukaan informasi publik. Namun, pengelolaan website oleh instansi belum bergerak progresif dalam mencapai keterbukaan informasi publik. Nagari Koto Laweh pun sebagai instansi pemerintahan yang telah memiliki website resmi sejak tahun 2017 belum dikelola dengan baik, sehingga informasi belum tersedia sebagaimana mestinya. Maka, perlu adanya produksi konten website nagari sebagai sarana informasi publik sehingga informasi tentang nagari dapat diakses khalayak luas. Kegiatan produksi konten website dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan dengan metode partisipatif. Program pelatihan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2024 dengan tahapan metode pelaksanaan pre-program, program, dan post-program. Program pengabdian ini diikuti oleh perangkat nagari di Koto Laweh Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Hasil dari program pengabdian ini adalah konten website berupa foto dan caption yang telah diunggah pada website serta kelengkapan data dan informasi nagari pada website sebagai keterbukaan informasi. Dengan pengabdian tersebut turut menerapkan prinsip learning by doing, dimana peserta langsung melaksanakan proses pelatihan secara langsung untuk menghasilkan output sesuai target pengabdian yang dilakukan.

Abstract

The era is developing very quickly and dynamically, creating many changes that result in tight competition in the business world. The business world needs to follow the progress of information systems. Analysis of user needs in the business world needs to be done in order to find out the various needs of the company. The purpose of this study is to find out the results of the analysis of user requirements that are needed and that can support sales operations in the sales information system of PT. Mitra Indolink Grosir supports the company's sales operations. The research method used is by interviewing users of the information system which is then processed using the System Usability Scale (SUS) technique. The results of the analysis show that the sales information system with the TikTok shop application can be used efficiently and meets user needs (user requirements) with a value of 69.65 which is included in grade C.

Abstract

Emphasizing deep learning models such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), this article explores the application of Music Information Retrieval (MIR) techniques in music genre categorization. These algorithms outperform traditional methods in capturing complex audio patterns, showcasing their potential in advancing music classification tasks. Accurate genre classification critically depends on key features such as spectral, temporal, and timbral characteristics, which play a pivotal role in distinguishing musical styles. However, the performance of these models is heavily influenced by the quality and diversity of the training datasets. Additionally, challenges like model interpretability and reliance on large datasets are addressed. This research utilized a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to investigate the capabilities of advanced MIR techniques in enhancing music categorization systems, particularly for educational applications and personalized music recommendations. The findings reveal that analyzing the importance of spectral, temporal, and timbral features—key components of MIR—can significantly boost the accuracy and reliability of music genre classification.
