Abstract

The design of a COVID-19 patient information system using PHP Muko-muko Hospital has been successfully created which includes patient identity data confirmed for COVID-19, clinical information for COVID-19 patients, monitoring information for confirmed COVID-19 patients, and reports on COVID-19 patient data. -19. This system has been neatly designed to make it easier for officers to find data on COVID-19 patients who have been monitored or have not been monitored when applied to the real system.

Abstract

Efforts to strengthen school discipline can be done in various ways. For example, at the middle school level, points for violations committed by students are calculated based on the rules set by the school. The number of fault points counted varies from warning to calling the parent at the highest level, and notifying the maximum number of fault points to the parent. SMA Muhammadiyah 7 serbelawan has issued a code of conduct. The school will apply penalty points for all infractions committed by students in an attempt to enforce disciplinary action. To improve teacher performance in dealing with problem students, the authors designed a system for calculating student violation points using the oriented objects technology method. By using the object oriented technology method, it will build a system systematically and regularly in order to achieve a goal based on the abstraction of existing objects and the presence of this system will certainly greatly help teacher performance, especially counseling guidance teachers and counseling guidance teachers, problems in recapitulating all student violations that occur in Muhammadiyah 7 Serbelawan High School. With a system that has been computerized and integrated with databases, it will be able to facilitate the process of finding student data that violates and conducting counseling easily and documents are stored neatly in the database.

Abstract

Along with the increasingly rapid development of technology, by seeing this potential, tourism promotion in South Bengkulu can utilize smartphones as a medium in providing tourism information in South Bengkulu to the public/smartphone users. Therefore, a website-based application was made for information facilities on tourist attractions in South Bengkulu. The research method used is by using interviews, observation, literature study and the system development method is requirement engineering, design, the stages of developing a tourist information system are implemented using the RAD (rapid application development) method. and testing. In making this website using xampp, MySql, PHP, client server and micromedia dreamweafer The result of making a website application at a tourist attraction in South Bengkulu is to provide information for users or tourists in finding information about tourism, culture and arts.

Abstract

Based on data from the PP Muhammadiyah Research and Development Council, there are 62 Muhammadiyah Universities spread throughout Indonesia. Of the many Muhammadiyah Universities it would be very easy if there was a system that could display information and the location of the university in the form of a map. GIS is a computer information system used to process georeferenced spatial data (in the form of details, facts, conditions, etc.) stored in a database. By implementing the Muhammadiyah University Geographic Information System, it is hoped that it can help users in obtaining spatial and non-spatial information about Muhammadiyah University which is spread throughout Indonesia. The system must consist of input and output, therefore the application built consists of an admin section as input and a user as output. The admin application is used to process Muhammadiyah University location data which was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The user application is used for implementing GIS on mapping Muhammadiyah University in Indonesia which runs on the Android operating system and is built using Android Studio with the Java and XML programming languages. The application can display a list of Muhammadiyah University locations in Indonesia in the form of a map and an ordered list. Utilization of google map in the application is to display a map which uses the google map api and displays the route from the user's location to the selected university.

Abstract

Al-Fatonah Mosque is a mosque located on Jalan Waiting, Bengkulu, which is a relatively new mosque. The Al-Fatonah Mosque is still largely unknown to the general public about its existence and activities. The aim of this research is to enliven or increase the congregation at the Al-Fatonah Mosque in positive activities, with the aim of research in the web-based information system of the Al-Fatonah Mosque using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. This research uses the rapid application development method, because this method is faster to develop so it does not require a long time to create the Al-Fatonah mosque system. The problem formulation in this research is how to create an information system for introducing the Al-Fatonah mosque to increase the congregation at the Al-Fatonah mosque using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. It is hoped that the results of this research will have a positive impact on local residents, outsiders and the mosque management by providing more information to residents about the activities and existence of the mosque.

Abstract

In the implementation of the teaching and learning procces teachers must be able to make efforts to improve student achievement. One way that can be done by a teacher to motivate student in teaching is with learning media. Teachers also have to know how to make students confortable in learning and not boring. Teachers can use interesting web media anad can make students happy to learn. This study aims to describe the results of developing web-besed learning media for Sd Negeri 05 Tebat Karai and examine the effectiveness of the results of developing web-besed learning media. Research development is a procces or steps to develop a new product or improve an existing product and can be accounted for. This rearch was conducted design (before-after). This media received a good qualification asssement, because based on the validation results obtained scores from subject matter experts and from tests from media experts got scores. So, the web-based learning media that has been developed can improve student learning outcomes and is suitable for use as a learning medium for Sd Negeri 05 Tebat Karai. Based on the results of development research, it was concluded that this study produced an interesting and easy-to-use product in learning in the form of a web-based learning media for Sd Negeri 05 Tebat Karai that had been tested and declared valid and could be used for learning.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged government agencies, including the Population and Civil Registration Service (Dukcapil), to adopt a digital-based public service information system. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the integrated public service information system at Dukcapil using the DeLone & McLean model which includes six dimensions: system quality, information quality, service quality, usage, user satisfaction, and net benefits. The research method used is descriptive qualitative through interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that the information system has helped speed up the service process and increase transparency, but there are still obstacles such as an unfriendly system interface, data errors, low adoption of Digital Population Identity (IKD), and literacy gaps. digital access in the community. This study recommends improving system quality, training officers, expanding IKD socialization, and strengthening digital education for vulnerable groups to ensure equitable and optimal access to services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the persuasive communication of the Information and Counseling Customer Complaints Unit at RSUD Dr. M Yunus Bengkulu. This study used qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The theoretical basis used was the concept of persuasive communication according to De Vito (2011: 120), namely the nature that strengthens, provides illustrations, and offers information. The results of the study show that first, Reinforcing Properties; Persuasive communication applied by UPPIK to patients. Characteristics that can be strengthened include mutual respect and acceptance of differences in various matters as a good thing, tolerance for their different interests and carrying out joint activities in a community environment. Second, Providing Illustrations; Shown by the patient The use of illustrations will make it easier for the message/explanation to be understood by the patient. Third, Presenting Information; Presenting information in a persuasive manner refers to the message (speech or expression) that the UPPIK officer wants the patient to record or transmit from the message conveyed. Thus, it can be concluded that UPPIK officers apply mutual respect and make it easier to convey messages so that they form a character that strengthens, provides illustrations, and provides information in solving patients’ problems.

Abstract

The article analyzes the philosophical foundations of information space transformation. The solution to the general philosophical problem of information as an attribute of matter in the modern world is researched. Also, this issue, in turn, is the subject of debates between attributive and functional approaches, supporters of the functional approach associate the phenomenon of information with the existence of the subject of knowledge, rejecting its functionality at the level of inorganic systems. The conclusions of the supporters of the attributive approach that information is a general characteristic, an attribute of organic and inorganic natural matter, are stated.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income accounting information system at M98 Baby Shop in Bengkulu City. The data collection method is the interview method. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis with a comparative type. The results show that the income accounting information system, especially cash sales at M98 Baby Shop in Bengkulu City included: related functions, documents used, accounting records used and procedures that formed the system. In the application of income accounting information systems at M98 Baby Shop in Bengkulu City, there is a suitability of related functions and a network of procedures that form the system with the theory presented by Mulyadi, because at M98 Baby Shop in Bengkulu City, there is an income process that starts from the sales process and cash transfers to the bank and there is a separation of responsibilities between functions which is in the M98 Baby Shop in Bengkulu City. For the documents used and the accounting records used, there is a difference between Mulyadi's theory and M98 Baby Shop in Bengkulu City because at M98 Baby Shop in Bengkulu City, there is no journalizing at the time of the transaction because all transactions noted t is computerized with existing programs, and the documents used are not in accordance with Mulyadi's theory because all existing documents are only related to cash sales.
