Often the head of the room in managing nursing service management requires a lot of time, so it is difficult to do it without the help of others, therefore the absolute effort that needs to be done by the head of the room is to delegate the task to the team leader. Poor implementation of delegation can reduce the quality of nursing services. This study is a case study of situation analysis using a fishbone diagram approach with a grouping of five management tools, namely man, money, method, machine and material (5M). Data is obtained through interviews, observations, and secondary data collection in hospitals. The results obtained are the workload of the head of the room outside the description of the task, the function of directing the head of the room in delegation is not going well, so the delegation from the head of the room to the nursing team leader is not optimal. To overcome this problem, the head of the room must be able to carry out management functions optimally in delegating to the team leader and implementing nurse. Abstract

The role of nurses in healthcare systems is diverse, including being a health care provider to clients, client advocates, educators for clients and families, and nursing service managers. This study's goal was to assess Kurt Lewin's change management method to analyze the management function in nursing delegation between the head nurse and team leader. This project was conducted at Jakarta Military Hospital using a fishbone diagram approach, and solving problems using Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) tools starting with Plan Of Action (POA), implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. The study results showed that the head nurse performed nonoptimal delegation in terms of delay to complete the nursing documentation, non-uniformity of delegation format, and lack of control from superiors. Guidelines are used as a reference in delegating nursing to the head of the hospital room. The documentation of nursing delegates is done because representatives work better when the reporting structure is clear. In conclusion, the application fishbone diagram, Lewin's change management model, and PDCA cycle can optimize management function in nursing delegation between head nurse and team leader in Jakarta Military Hospital. Recommendations are given to the nursing department, head of the room, team leader, and executive nurses to increase self-awareness, knowledge, and ability in delegating nursing.

Abstract

The rise in the elderly population in recent years may increase the risk of societal stigma associated with aging. In addition to causing frailty in the elderly, the negative stigma of aging that has emerged in society has the potential to cause material and non-material losses. It is possible to prevent this by providing proper health education to health care workers. The purpose of implementing this community service program is to improve nurses' understanding of the risks of negative stigma associated with aging and injury in the elderly. 313 nurses from nine provinces participated in this community service activity, which was conducted entirely online. After the team educated the participants on ten main topics, it was discovered that providing health education about the risks of negative stigma about aging and the risk of injury to the elderly had positive benefits for nurses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of applying head elevation to intracranial pressure in stroke patients. This research method uses one data, namely a literature study. The results showed that head elevations of 0°, 15°, 30°, and 45° affected intracranial pressure in stroke patients. In conclusion, it shows that 30° more head elevation can improve the intracranial pressure problem, although the difference's value is not significant.
