Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of digital technology in promoting transparency, accountability, and public participation through the disclosure of information. The form of this research is descriptive, analytical, and critical. Therefore, the author can comprehensively explain how Public Information Access in the Digital Era: An Evaluative Study of Policies and Implementation Practices. In this study, the author optimally utilized two data sources related to the research, namely primary and secondary data sources. The results of this study show that the Public information access policy has progressed normatively, characterized by the presence of regulations such as the Public Information Disclosure Law (Law No. 14 of 2008) and various derivative rules that support the public's right to information. The use of digital technology by public institutions is increasingly widespread, primarily through official websites, social media, and digital services (e-government). However, the quality and consistency of implementation vary significantly between institutions and regions. The level of public information disclosure remains uneven, with some institutions tending to be passive or unproactive in delivering information periodically or in response to public requests. The main obstacles in the implementation of digital information disclosure include a lack of human resource capacity, weak digital infrastructure, and low digital awareness and literacy among officials and the public. Public participation has increased significantly in the digital age; however, it has not been matched by a prompt and accurate response from public institutions to public requests or criticisms. The mechanism for addressing complaints and resolving information disputes remains suboptimal, particularly at the regional level, resulting in the public's right to information often being partially fulfilled. Digital technology has great potential to support the democratization of information. Still, it requires a political commitment, institutional capacity building, and public education to ensure that access to information is genuinely practical, inclusive, and participatory.

Abstract

The advancement of financial technology has driven the banking sector to continuously innovate in providing digital services, one of which is the Wondr by BNI mobile banking application. This study aims to examine the effect of accounting information system quality, financial literacy, and perceived ease of use on the repeated use of the Wondr by BNI application. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a survey method through questionnaires distributed to 151 undergraduate students of the 2021 cohort in the Accounting Study Program at Udayana University. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS. The results reveal that accounting information system quality, financial literacy, and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant effect on the repeated use of the Wondr by BNI application. These findings provide valuable insights and support both the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) in explaining the financial technology usage behavior among the younger generation, particularly university students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the level of information transparency in online loan applications in Indonesia, focusing on four main aspects, namely interest rate disclosure, loan terms, additional costs, and late payment penalties. The background to this study stems from the phenomenon of the proliferation of online loan services that offer easy access to financing, but are often accompanied by significant risks due to the lack of clear and easily understandable information for consumers. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a content analysis approach, where primary data is obtained through direct review of official and unofficial online loan applications, while secondary data is collected from academic literature, regulatory reports, and related publications. The results of the study show that most online loan applications still do not fully comply with the principle of information disclosure. Interest rates are often displayed only on a daily basis, obscuring the effective annual interest rate, the term is not always disclosed in detail from the outset, additional costs often appear in the form of hidden deductions, and late fees are rarely clearly explained with a transparent calculation mechanism. This situation not only has the potential to harm consumers financially, but also has an impact on psychological aspects and reduces the level of trust in the fintech lending industry as a whole. The implications of this study emphasise the importance of the active involvement of three main parties, namely online loan providers, regulators, and consumers. Service providers are expected to increase transparency with clear and uniform information standards; regulators such as the OJK and AFPI need to tighten supervision and set disclosure standards based on the Annual Percentage Rate (APR); while consumers need to continue to improve their financial literacy in order to be able to critically assess risks. With this synergy, it is hoped that online lending services can develop in a healthier, fairer, and more sustainable manner in supporting financial inclusion in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the application of the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) Method in designing and building a mobile-based Academic Information System. This is a crucial component in data management and administration in today's educational institutions. With advances in mobile technology, platform integration becomes important to increase the responsiveness of Academic Information Systems. Through the SDLC method, this research will identify systematic steps in mobile-based development, starting from analyzing user needs to implementation and evaluation. Requirements analysis will focus on a deep understanding of user needs and the expected functionality of the System. Initial prototype development will be carried out iteratively to ensure system responsiveness across various mobile platforms. Implementation of the system will involve careful end-user testing to ensure acceptance and effective use. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide guidance for educational institutions that wish to use mobile-based academic systems to increase administrative efficiency and improve the quality of academic services for staff and students.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of the digital revolution on education and how adaptive and integrative strategies can be applied to enhance intelligence during the information age. Through the literature research method, this study examines various scholarly sources and publications according to the research context. The results show that the integration of technology in education provides opportunities for wider access to knowledge and supports continuous learning. However, challenges such as the digital divide must be overcome to ensure that all students can benefit from digitally enhanced education. Adaptive strategies involving flexible curricula and teaching responsive to technological developments were shown to improve students' ability to think critically, creatively and collaboratively. The implication is that education systems should encourage learning methodologies that foster continuous customization and integration to equip students with the skills needed for success in an ever-evolving knowledge-based society.

Abstract

School management automation through Management Information Systems (MIS) is the application of technology to automate, integrate and optimise administrative and academic processes within the school environment. The research method used in this study was literature research. The results show that cost challenges are often the biggest barrier, with budget restrictions making it difficult for some educational institutions to support the initial investment and ongoing operational costs of SIM. Solutions include finding alternative funding models, partnering with technology companies, and adopting cloud-based solutions to reduce infrastructure costs. Regarding user resistance, it was found that effective training programmes and awareness campaigns on the benefits of SIM can minimise the discomfort of adapting to new technology. Finally, in the area of data security, the findings emphasise the importance of security audits, user training, and compliance with data protection regulations to maintain the integrity and privacy of institutional data. This research demonstrates that although challenges exist, with the right strategies, SIM implementation can optimise school management functions and enrich the learning process.
